IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Please carry your Original Passport or Emirates ID (if any), as it is mandatory during this trip.
- As it is water ride you are likely to get wet, so it’s recommended to carry your own towels and an extra pair of clothes.
- Children having age10 or below are not allowed to avail this ride.
- Children having age above 10 or below 18 years are allowed to ride if accompanied by an adult guardian.
- Guests must be able to swim or tread water.
- For all the hospitality related services, extra 5% VAT will be applicable from 1st Jan 2018, according to new taxation rules of the UAE.

BOOKING POLICY
Cancellation Policy
All the cancellations made before 24 hours of the tour departure time, 100% refund will be given back.
No refunds are given for in the case cancellation made within 24 hours of tour departure time.
The refund amount will be credited back to customer account within 7 working days.
Child Policy
Children below 10 years are strictly not allowed on this ride for safety purposes.
Children age of 10 or above will be considered as adult and charged as per adult rate.
Children from 10 to 18 years are allowed to access the ride with a responsible guardian.
