We booked the "Six Emirates in a Day" Rayna tour on a Saturday for a pickup the very next day. Shahzad picked us up promptly and acted as our private guide/driver for the long day. Originally from Lahore, Pakistan, his numerous years in the UAE have served him well, and he is a fountain of information on all of the Emirates. I loved his reverse direction, toward Fujairah first, minimizing traffic and enhancing mountain views. He will go off script and make the journey more enjoyable, for instance, stopping to hike out and pet some wild camels or dropping us off at the Burj Khalifa instead of our hotel at the end of the day. People say there is no history in Dubai. BS! Take this tour for the forts, museums, beaches, mountains, mosques, oil storage facilities--the history. If there's a yesterday, there's a history. Ask for Shahzad. He won't disappoint.

Also, we would like to thank Mr Ryan D'Souza who were so gentle and made all efforts to make everything fit in our days there, perfectly. I highly recommend them. Our holiday was very nice in-spite it was only five nights. The hotel was very good and clean in a good location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had one organised group tour booked through Mr Nimit Joshi around Dubai. The tour was very nice and the tour guide explained with details all the places we have visited and the history of the Emirates. I would like to take the chance to give my thanks to Mr Nimit Joshi for his help and advises that he gave them to us which were beyond his role. We booked this tour via the agent at Jumeirah Emirates Tower. We were picked up by our guide, Haifiz Ali, at 9 am. He had phoned earlier to confirm, a nice touch. He was both very knowledgeable and good company which made the day considerably more interesting. The tour itself combines the old and the new. We stopped at souqs, museums and markets. While you do need to be prepared for a lot of driving, most of this was made up of fairly short legs. What stands out is the contrasts, Dubai with all its glitz through desert sand dunes of movie quality through rugged, bleak mountains. Camels, goats, Rolls Royces and Ferraris. ...
