I keep it simple but true! My pick up was done smooth and successful. The representative informed me as soon as i arrived that he is waiting for me with may name tag at the particular location! It was such a pleasure to feel that you are not alone in Dubai and someone is waiting for you with care. We had a safe ride to the hotel. The driver very friendly and professional. We never got picked up and they cancelled the tour 15 minutes after they were meant to pick us up. Absolutely ruined our holiday. Not worth the risk if you are visiting dubai.

I confirm departure of tour, a week prior. Give them my hotel details. spoke to ASHWIN. I get an email with Entry ticket, once day in advance. I call to confirm a couple hours before pick-up time. They ask for my Room number: this time it was RUSHIKESH. He confirms pick up time and transfers my call to coordination team. I speak to Salim, Nitin. They tell me they won't be able to pick me up from my location owing to traffic. My refund is also not addressed. Apparently it is a mistake of VIATOR or TRIPADVISOR coz they shouldn't have taken my reservation for NYE. I am left stranded in my hotel room on NYE despite having confirmation and entry tickets coz I can't arrange transportation at the very last minute. Rayna Tours representatives were also present in my hotel Concierge and even they said they couldn't help me out. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL...

My mom and I traveled to Dubai for a week, booked the overnight safari, visa and hotels, tickets to burj Khalifa & Atlantis etc with Rayna tours. I would say that the services provided was very good. Rayna tours organised our entire trip from airport pick up on May 22 to airport drop off on June 1 at DXB. All the tours we went for were quite well organised from the Burj Khalifa to the Desert Safari and even the visit to Ferarri World in Abu Dhabi. I recommend them and I will use them again.

I booked thru Viator international via internet for 3 tours. They counterpart Rayna was hard to contact when I arrived. Finally everthing was set. The first day city tour was ok, we visited the new Dubai. The Dessert Safari was late in pick up, but insisted it was on time. The activities was good except he was using his smart phone while cruising at 100kph plus speed. The Dhow cruise at Marina was also terribly late. The cruise was enjoyable, I gave viator my comment, but till now there was no reply.

We were picked up from hotel on time. The car was spacious, comfortable and air condition. Our tour guide was Faisal Raza who was very professional, pleasant and informative. He knew all the details of the places he was showing. We felt we had enough time and we're not rushed. We went to Palm Jumariah, Burj Khalifa and aquarium, Gold and spice souk, Dubai Mall, Burj Al Arab. Aine Dubai, old Dubai and Mosque Mr. Faisal made arrangements for us to have amazing lunch. We are very great full for our unforgettable time in Dubai. We highly recommend Rayena Tours and specially Mr. Faisal Raza.

I was picked up by Waseem Abbas from the dubai mall. The ride was really nice and smooth. Real nice and kind guy to be with.

The guide and driver where great but the tour itself is boring, charged with stops to sell you stuff and not stopping where one would like to make pictures. On top, it only visits seven places in Dubai, too little for such a long duration.
