Al Ain City Tour

Very recommended Our guide, Adeel Sarwar, gave us a very complete and efficient tour of the city. I recommend this tour for anyone who is looking to get to know the main attractions in Dubai.

It was a nearby tour to Jeddah. All I want is safe and convenient service, so I don't think about planning during my vacation. I'm grateful that I haven't faced any issues, but the hotel that they settled us, is no words. It's not 5stars, I asked for 5stars, they messed it up for the price I paid them. The vacation safing thing was that our guide, a really nice guy, showed us everything we wanted.

I am reaching out regarding an issue with the Ferrari World ticket I purchased from your platform. Upon arrival, the ticket was initially marked as invalid, and upon a second attempt, it was flagged as already used. I immediately contacted your team on the same day, but despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received a resolution. The park staff advised me to contact the tour agency directly, and I have been waiting for a response. Given the lack of resolution, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter to the relevant authorities and my bank.

We did the Al Ain tour, and enjoyed learning more abou "the green City". Our driver was very helpful and acommodating to our needs.

We took an exciting tour into the dessert. Not the cheapest tour, but one of great quality: The guide (Azam Khan) was very friendly and a keen but always safe driver. The dessert was stunning and the evening event had lots of charm and delicious food.

We were taken aback by the verdant landscapes of Al Ain city. The view from the Jebel Hafeet was incredible. In short, it was a fine contrasting sight to what we saw in Dubai.

This guided tour of Al Ain City was best to enjoy historical and archaeological sites of great interest as well as natural beauty of the region.

I have extensively toured the UAE and frankly, I was a little bored of seeing the same things but Al Ain City was such a wonderful change. The heritage places here are nice and the gardeners are exquisite. The mountain and natural spring were also such a wonder to witness. Al Ain City is beautiful and I would gladly visit again.

Amazing tour guide Aadil Amin took us to Islamic center Miraj. He was very polite, because he took the time to take care of our seniors in the group. There were diabetic and some seniors with leg pain issues but he was very patient and supportive. Overall a great experience. Never imagined I would have so much fun in Al Ain City. The heritage tour, the museum and the forts were beautiful and the gardens were just gorgeous. But the natural spring was the best. Tired of the city and its sounds, I asked Rayna Tours for a change of scenery and they suggested Al Ain City Tour. Wow! This city is such a wonderful change of pace, and there’s so much to see. But the best part is the gardens. I now understand why it’s called Garden City.

I had one of the worst experiences with Thrillophilia & Rayna Tours. Their support is one of the worst I have ever seen and there won't be a single person who will attend your call during the trip.   I have booked 7 days tour with Thrillophilia and they hired Rayna tours to plan my whole land package. On the first day, they missed my first private tour to Ain Dubai. They kept me waiting for the whole evening and spoiled the first day of my trip. During the whole conversation, they didn't pick up my call and kept  on tagging different people on WhatsApp group. Eventually, they canceled the trip and told me to plan it some other day. Reason they gave is that they were not aware of my flight timings.  Refer the screenshots for proofs.   Then I have private pickup planned from Atlantis at 7:30 PM. They missed that and kept me waiting outside for 1 hour. Eventually, I have to take a private taxi to reach my location. For that, they promised to refund but till date their no response from them. Again they are tagging one person or the other during the whole conversation. But not even a single person is taking the responsibility for that. This was the worst experience I ever had. Check the attached screenshots.   For my last day, I have a private transfer to Miracle Garden. I requested them to drop me at Dubai Expo which is in the middle but they refused and started asking for extra charges for the same. Again I have to arrange a private transfer for the same and they didn't cooperate at all.   Honestly, their entire support is pathetic and they will simply spoil your trip doesn't matter how much you have paid them. I would suggest never to opt services from this company in future. ALL OTHER REVIEWS ARE FAKE SO DONT TRUST THEM. Its been 2 months I'm requesting them to refund me for the money I have paid for private taxi's but they have started tagging again. No-one is responding on this matter also. Refer screenshots.

Overall experience was good. Our guide Kamran Khan was knowledgeable and he knew about UAE history and culture. He took us to an economical and authentic place to try camel meat, which was a good experience. But the coordination between booking agent and guide was not at all good, due to which we started 1.5 hours late. Though our guide tried to cover up but still it was a rush trip and we reached mountain top when the sun was on our head. We could not enjoy an oasis walk, which we were really looking forward to on a sunny day. Visiting palaces wasn't fascinating enough, would have loved an oasis walk instead, as we are nature centric person and that was one of the reason to book this tour.

I booked several tours with Rayna, however, I will have to admit that my best experience was on my Alain Tour with Kamran Khan, he was the best guide I had, he was very knowledgeable, I absolutely had the best lunch in my entire vacation time while with Mr. Kamran, he took me to an amazing place! I wish I could give Mr. Khan a 10 stars instead of 5.

Though Al Ain City is quite far from Dubai, we enjoyed the journey and exploring the old-world charm of this place. The Al Ain Palace Museum is simply amazing. The Archeological Park was good to explore remnants of the past. Scaling the Jebel Hafeet, which is the second largest mountain in the UAE was like reaching at the top of the world. The views from the top were incredible.

Al Ain City is rightly named the garden city. It has many valuable things to offer to tourists in the form of forts, museums, and a mountain that looks formidable. This tour showed us the rare collections of the Royals and also inflated our knowledge on different species of camel at the camel market. The natural hot spring was the best part of the entire tour. We got so charged up with this tour that the distance of 120 km between Al Ain City and Dubai appeared shorter.

I highly recommend to try out this package from Rayna Tours. I had booked for me and my wife to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary. It was a lot of fun as we got to visit many places. However, our top attraction was the hot springs just before enjoying a delicious lunch which we had opted for.

After experiencing majority of attractions, the Al Ain City was perfect in terms of experiencing beautiful views along with learning a few interesting things about the UAE’s culture and heritage.

I would definitely recommend to try visiting this city. I had visited this place along with my girlfriend last month. We really enjoyed visiting the Al Ain museum and the Al Ain national heritage was a pleasure. Even the drive from Dubai towards the Al Ain city offered us with a series of stunning views.

It was a lovely experience when my sister and I headed over to Al Ain city. There were a ton of things to see and visit however, our visit to the Jebel Hafeet mountain which offered us some of the best stunning views of the surroundings. I highly recommend to try out this package from Rayna Tours.

My visit to the Al Ain city along with my brother and sister was memorable and amazing. With visits to the Al Ain museum, the Al Ain national heritage and the Al Ain Fort were remarkable. However, the best part was the hot water springs which was the perfect way to get the energy back.

I really liked every destination. But the time was very limited. They should have increased given timing. Because 4 hours wasn't enough to explore such vast Dubai. We couldn't explore all given destinations. Although our tourist guide Mr Ali was really kind and helpful. He gave us a lot of information about Dubai and it's culture during the tour.

Me and wife had a lovely time exploring the city of Dubai with Mr. Kamran Khan who was our Tour Guide from Rayna Destination Management L.L.C. Mr. Kamran was very prompt throughout the tour and called us beforehand to brief us of the timings to be followed and picked us up on time from our hotel. The vehicle was a 7 seater Toyota Sienna, highly comfortable, spacious, well kept, hygienic with properly cooling A/C. Mr. Kamran took us to different parts of the city of Dubai, giving us important pieces of information about the History, Art, Culture, Lifestyle, and significance of different places that we visited. The manner of his information delivery was highly polished and he was very jovial, ensuring we laughed throughout (otherwise it's very common that energy levels drop during common city Tours). He even went out of the way to drive us around the entire Palm Islands Area, telling us about different Hotel chains and Projects being undertaken in Dubai. We were conveniently dropped at place of our choice and we had a very smooth experience. I highly recommend Mr. Kamran Khan as your tour guide if you are visiting Dubai. This was our third trip to Dubai and since we had covered all the attractions in Dubai city, we wanted to do something different. Rayna Tours suggested this trip and we are so glad that we booked it. It was a completely different experience as Al Ain is full of scenic vistas and nature’s bounty. We enjoyed visiting the fort, museum, park, and camel souk. The major highlight of this trip was definitely the natural hot springs and the beauty of the imposing Jebel Hafeet mountains.

The Al Ain itinerary consists of some of the best attractions in the city. This is an ideal place to escape the mundane city life and see something new. Al Ain City is truly one of most peaceful city I have ever been. With so many wonderful attractions such as Jebel Hafeet mountain, Al Jahili Fort and the Camel Market were absolutely fantastic.

Wish I stayed at Al Ain City because this is truly the best place to live. Peaceful lifestyle and wonderful attractions such as Al Ain National Museum, Archeological Park and the Jebel Hafeet Mountain is truly a blessing.

At the beginning I thought it was a little too expensive, but after I took this tour with tow excellent guides Mr.Faisal Raza and Toqeer Don, things changed dramatically. They took us to the Khalifa Building, Deira, the Dubai Mall, and then to eat to a very nice restaurant, afterwards they took us to the beach and to the Palm where we visited the great park over there. In one word,fantastic, worth every penny, if you want to have a relax day visiting the hot spots of Dubai, this is the way to do it

I used Rayna Tours for 2 days, myself with a driver Mr S. Day 1 we went did a 6 Emirates tour from Dubai up to RAK, through the mountains to Fujairah and back to Dubai. Day 2 we went to Al-Ain. Mr S was extremely patient, took me to all the museums I wanted to go to and put up with me being fascinated by the camel market. Very good way for a lady by themselves to see alot of the UAE safely for a reasonable price.

My family had booked 2 tours directly with Rayna. A Desert Safari booked online, and an Abu Dhabi Day Tour arranged through our wonderful coordinator at the hotel we stayed in Riany Dian. Riany was very helpful in not only arranging the tours we booked through her, but all the other tours that were out of her purview, including those booked through other companies, to ensure that our pickups came on time and at the correct location. The Desert Safari we did was fun and exciting, and ended in a relaxing dinner at a desert camp at night. Our driver was also a very accommodating and efficient in his routing. We were however not happy with the headquarters staff involved in handling the online bookings as they had messed up our pick up location, sent our driver on a wild goose chase to find us, and only through Riany's assistance was he able to find us. The next activity we did through Rayna Tours was the Abu Dhabi Day Tour. The Sheikh Zayed Mosque was beautiful in particular, but the tour itself was rather rushed and lackluster in the other stops. Our tour guide, Saif Ali Khan, while funny and pretty informative, didn't seem all too bothered in giving a proper presentation or putting effort in his work. I recommend picking tours for the desert portion and leaving out those that involve sightseeing in the city.

I just want to say how amazing the tour was . As a resident in Dubai I haven't seen much of what I was shown , muhammad the tour guide was amazing , took photos for my family and we were all very happy. Provided water on the tour , was great with the children which was a huge bonus. Picked myself and my family up from my apartment and dropped us back there afterwards. Would definitely recommend. I had never heard of this place before but the rep at the hotel recommended this tour and I am glad I went. Al Ain is the garden city of the Emirates and is a lovely change from the hussle and bussle of Dubai. There were only 4 people in the tour so we travelled in comfort in a 4x4. We decided as a group what we wanted to see and where to stop and for how long. I learnt a lot about the UAE and Sheikh Zayed. An enjoyable day and I would recommend this tour to people who like a bit of history and culture.

We booked a tour thru Raghu Nandhan, their representative in the Sofietel hotel in Abu Dhabi. Upon his recommendation, we booked the Al Ain. He is an outstanding representative for your company and we highly recommend him. He has deep knowledge of the area and the best tours. The next day we met our tour guide and driver, Bilal. He too is outstanding and made every minute informative. We believe that we could not have had a better guide and highly recommend him.

I went to Dubai alone for business purpose on Christmas season. I took the desert safari and city tour from Rayna and everything went well, I really enjoyed them all. All the staff and guides during the tour were also very helpful and polite. Hafiz went out of his way to try to arrange this as a shared tour but in the end we were the only ones interested in it for the following day and so we booked it as a private tour. Our guide Mohammed, drove us the 1 1/2 hours to the green city of Al Ain and patiently answered all of our questions about his country. We visited the Al Jahili Fort, where we were the only tourists, and which had a good display of photographs from Wilfred Thesiger's travels in the area. Next stops were the palace museum, the oasis, the Al Ain Museum, and the hot springs of Green Mubazarrah. We finished the day with a drive up the steep winding road to the top of Jebel Hafeet. This is a good tour if you want to get out of the hustle bustle of Dubai and get another view of the country.

We were in Dubai for 7 days and as this was our 3rd visit we were looking at different places to visit in the hotel lobby when Nimit Joshi the travel consultant from Rayna Tours based in the lobby of the Flora Grand Hotel asked if he could help. We explained what we were looking to do and Nimit was kind enough to talk over some different places to visit. After talking for a while Nimit was called away from the hotel, but armed with the information he had given us and after reading about some of his suggestions for tours in the large file on his desk we decided which tour we would book. The following morning we booked up for a tour of Al Ain (the garden city). Booking was quick and efficient. The following day the Rayna Tours mini van turned up on time to take us out for the day. Ali the tour guide was excellent and we had a brilliant day in Al Ain. The tour was everything we had expected. We would recommend anyone staying in the Flora Grand to talk with Nimit and book tours with Rayna Tours.

We went on two tours with Rayna while in Dubai - one to Hatta and another to Al Ain. Both were excellent with a very professional team. Our tour to Al Ain had some hiccups and difficult passengers, but the tour guide managed it very well.

Would not recommend this tour. We were crammed into a mini bus with very low windows. The leg room was non existent. It was almost impossible to see anything being described outside as most of the things to look at are high up. Our tour guide was less than enthusiastic and was very difficult to understand. He had a microphone but the speaker was in the front seat! A waste of time and money.

This is not the first time, i am writing positive review about sumi rayna tours but she really deserves a round of Applause for each time she serves. A real gem and a great person to deal with. Really good service and unforgettable experience.

We made the mistake of booking 3 tours with Rayna, this is a review of the city tour. The tour did not start for 1.5 hours after we have been picked up from out hotel, with the drivers being ill informed of the client's locations, resulting in a lot of time being wasted pointlessly driving around the city. The tour guide was very poor, he barely spoke, and what he said was common knowledge “ for example Dubai is a rich city, money comes from oil and it's 1 of 7 emirates. The tour appears to be aimed at Indians, which made us feel out of place as many conversations were held in Hindi. The tour was EXTREMELY poorly timed with the only 4 stops lasting less than an hour in total (and we spent 6 on the tour, including 2.5 hours on a pickup and drop off). The longest stop was in Dubai museum, where we were only given 30 mins and without any idea of how big the museum is, had to rush through it and ended up with 10 mins to spare (without having seen much!) Next stop was in a shop selling hand made souvenirs “ totally pointless and it felt like the tour owners has some kind of deal with the store. Our only memory of the tour when we arrived back in the hotel was how BORING it was, and how much time we wasted sat in a hot bus on a motorway “ I honestly cant say I have learnt anything from the tour, or saw anything of interest. You would be better off spending 280 dirhams (cost of 2 tour tickets) and exploring the city in your own time in a taxi. Taking into account that we booked 3 tours with Rayna over 2 days, it would seem that the company is very poorly run, not putting its customers first and doing the bare minimum it can get away with. I strongly advise against booking with them!

Our tour was in a cramped, uncomfortable mini bus with poor viewing through the windows. Best part was Museum visit. Stop at Arts Centre was merely a craft shop and 30 minutes allocated went onto 45 minutes. 15 minutes at Jumeirah Beach went to 30 minutes as one guy was late. It then took 90 minutes to drop everyone at their various hotels. Tour guide continually made sexist comments about shopping and women. Choose another tour this was not value for money.

An amazing tour with our driver Ali Sha and the tour guide Mujaheed. Both were kind, welcoming and very informative making our trip highly enjoyable and entertaining. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of interesting information on UAE. Thanks so much to the guys for their hard work. I will certainly be returning back with you guys.

As I taken package of city tour from this company. I would like to write a review about my experience. First of all the nature of the Rehmad and amrish were very good. Secondly, the driving was really good and smooth, thirdly guide was having all knowledge of different places, so I totally recommend this tour package.

Alain Tour with Kamran Khan was one of the best experiences ever. He took us to wonderful places, gave us all the information and interesting things to know about each place. The guide has an excellent attitude and was really polite. This tour made me really happy.

Went to the Al Ain day tour with Kamran Khan, package includes zoo entrance and lunch. He shared a lot of info about the UAE on the way, which was nice. Some places were closed and the Jebel Hafeet mountain is kind of foggy, but good tourist guide and we were able to visit most of the places in the itinerary. The camel market is not as crowded as expected, and the zoo doesn't have as many animals. Got to try camel meat at a local restaurant for lunch though!

Our guide Kamran is amazing! We went to the Al Ain Zoo, Jebel Hafeet, Carmel market, Palace Museum...Kamran even led us to a local restaurant and it was super great!

We go for an Al Ain City Tour. Our tour guide Kamrana Khan is friendly, knowledgeable and energetic. Do expect lots of stories during the car ride if you go with Kamrana! We went to lots of places. Though they may not be too fancy, you can know more about UAE if you pay attention to the info board and the details. Good traditional Mandi meal too.

We took a morning half day city tour and it was an amazing experience of both world, old and new city of dubai. Our tour guide was Mr.Khan who is without a doubt very knowledgeable and quite professional. His trivia gave an immersive experience of the city. Everything in 4hr tour was given appropriate time to enjoy and take pictures. Should definitely give it a try when looking for city tour

This tour was amazing and beyond our expectations. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgable and pleasant. We went to the peak of the mountain, saw the Camel market, palace,oasis, museum and zoo. We also had the opportunity to eat an excellent authentic Arab meal and learn so much about the culture and the royal family. Thanks to Kamrankhan for this memorable tour.
