The Big bus tour is a great way to see Dubai! The audio guide is a must. If you’re going to be there for more than a few days, get the multi day ticket.

We hired a minibus with driver, Salamat, for the day in Dubai and had a fantastic day! A large-ish group of us, 9 people including an octogenarian! The weather was rainy and several roads were flooded so we requested an hours delay to the start of the tour which the team were more than happy to do. The mini bus was perfect, our driver was brilliant, giving us a great tour with commentary and he was happy to wait while we shopped, took photos and explored the sights of Dubai. We would highly recommend the option to hire a mini bus and have an ad-hoc tour for a family group, the flexibility was a real bonus meaning we could choose how long we spent at each location. Great day out! Salamt made the day for us, excellent driver/tour guide, who went above and beyond!!

This was definitely one of the best private tour I have ever had in my life. I must express my satisfaction. The driver, Zayed was super-kind and helpful. He just got into any conversation smoothly, which made the atmosphere absolutely pleasant. He is a generous and a full of heart person, over and above he handles people in a respectful way. Big bus Dubai - one day ticket. We liked that we saw all the major sites. Commentary was ok but sometimes it was out of synch with what you were actually seeing. Also bus stops were not available to see where to get back on the bus. Sometimes it was quite confusing, chaotic and a bit stressful.

Due to time constraint, we chose the 24-hour classic pass of the Big Bus Tour. The open-air Big Bus with two decks offered us the most panoramic views of Dubai’s interesting sites.

In May, my wife and I stayed at the City Seasons Towers,Bur Dubai, UAE. The local Rayna Travel Consultant was Mr. Rozimurad Momunov. After some discussions, we booked an evening trip to Burj Kahlifa observation deck on the 148 floor. We also booked the Hop On - Hop off bus with one day routes to all of Dubai just to see the city. We last booked the one day trip to the UAE capital of Abu Dhabi. Mr Momunov, was polite and expert in his assessment of the tourist sites we wanted to see. All the trips worked well, and there were no problems. When in Dubai, check them out and the rest of their travels and adventures.

Jignesh Soni, the concierge at Four Points Sheraton, did an excellent job in organizing our wonderful two days in Dubai: Day one: Taking the Big Red Bus. He recommended doing all three lines (red/green/blue), back-to-back.. It was perfect. We got to see everything in Dubai, and were able to decide what we wanted to return to view and send time. Day 2. a) the Dubai Frame at opening time 10:00 AM (no cost for seniors), then to the Burj Khalifa for our 1:00 tour!

Writing this review after my awesome experience with Rayna Tours Big Bus City Tour in Dubai. There aren’t many countries or cities which offers such a good experience. The bus was a double decker with the option to sit at the open upper deck or the lower deck comprising of air-conditioning. Depending on several packages provided by Rayna, I decided to take the 2 days bus trip and there was nothing that you would miss. Museums, beaches, traditional souks and so many more sights you can see. The package which I bought included cruising on Dubai Creek via dhow, entrance to the Dubai Museum and taking a tour to Sheikh Saeed Al Maktoum’s massive residence. I’m visiting Dubai again after a few months and I know exactly who I’m going to approach for the awesome package.

It was my first time visit to Dubai and my journey was safe and uneventful, thanks to Rayna Tours. I took the Big Bus City Tour of Dubai offered by Rayna and must say it was a fun experience. The bus is a double-decker with the upper deck being an open deck while the lower deck was air-conditioned. During the journey, got to see many attractions such as Al Fahidi Fort, Dubai Museum and many more. There were traditional shops called souks selling things like local spices. The best part about the bus ride was that you can ask the driver to stop in between if you wanted to visit the museum, or souks or even some of the beautiful beaches. This tour allowed me the freedom to see and do what I want. I recommend this type of tour to all first-time Dubai visitors.

I have booked the tours via Rayna tours. The pricing for all things were better than others. I was given a cordinator number in Dubai which we can talk to via whats app as our sim wasnt working and we didnt had the local sim on the first day. Communication and execution: 5/5 Now lets talk about tours.. 1. Dhow cruise: The ride was good along with a good buffet dinner. It could have been made a little more romantic with candle lights and all. But all in all good enough. 2. Burj khalifa and half day Dubai tour The voucher was already given and dubai tour was good with a good guide. Its good to have the dubai tour on your first or second day to understand best places in Dubai. Collect your actual tickets from the entry counter showing your voucher. 3. Desert safari with the worst Barbeque dinner ever Desert safari was good. On way from your hotel to desert safari place, it takes around 45 min to 1 hr. They stop at one place for loo break at a shop. Note: this could be the most expensive shop if you take any food items or any other thing. They will charge whatever they feel like. Smallest packet of lays, 5 aed, OH my God. Random totally. AVOID TAKING ANYTHING FROM HERE. For Desert safari, its like a 30min of roller coaster ride after which they drop you to camp. The belly dancing, fire show and tandura dance was ok but it had the WORST BARBEQUE DINNER. Actually, it had nothing like barbeque at all It was a veg buffet plus 2 sticks of chicken tikka which was cold already which was not worthy of eating at all. YUCK, is the word for the dinner. It seems its with Rayna tours only as many of my known ones have actually enjoying desert safari with dinner with other agencies. 4. Abu dhabi tour The tour was good but they take you to a carpet shop where carpets are made of gold, already seen something like this in Dubai tour also. It takes up your good 1 hr which reduces your time for ferrari world. They gave us just 4hrs 10 min in ferrari world and they expect you to have lunch there within that time. Thats not good. When you have paid full price for the ticket, you would need at least 6 hrs in there to completely enjoy it. Mind that you may have to spend 45 mins waiting each for 3 or 4 rides and then there are some slow rides which again will take 2 or 3 hrs or more according to waiting time plus lunch. You clearly need MORE time in Ferrari world after paying more than 100 AED for the same. My advice to everyone, ask for abu dhabi tour and atleast 6 hrs in ferrari world in advance. 5. Dolphin show All well, show was nice. Kept our day free after that to roam.in dubai via metro. Went to Gold souk and meena bazaar and then the nearby market in bur dubai.

The tour was very nice. We were picked up from our hotel in Diera. Our guide Aziz was very informative and rather funny. He made sure to keep up with the group, even though we had some wanderers. We were given shawarma and a water. I do wish we could have had more time at the markets. We visited the Dubai Museum where they have lots of interesting exhibits. We enjoyed all the stops! Will recommend to others that visit!

Tour booked through our Hotel Desk and they arrived right on time, It was an 8 hour tour covering all the main sighs in Dubai - including a snack , water and a ride across the creek on a traditional bout ! Saw all the main sights but by definition is rushed. There were a few people who wanted to spend more than 10 minutes at the Gold Sook so they left the tour at that point. Ended the tour at the Dubai Mall and fountain show. - Tour Guide Aziz was very good and made the tour fun - The carpet factory is a waste of valuable time but a chance to use the restrooms.

Overall what we expected. Highlights: we saw may of the most popular tourist destinations, in a safe and friendly environment. Cost was reasonable. Negatives: The first 1 &1/2 hour was waiting for other guests to arrive on the bus which was a lot of time wasted. Also, not enough time at each site. One place visited was at a carpet store where they attempted to sell us overpriced ($$$$) carpets which was a complete waste of our time in our opinion. We would recommend others to instead use the on again / off again bus for a better experience.

We did a tour of Old and New Dubai with Savio. It was fantastic - I really felt like I got a feel for the city. Savio was very knowledgeable and gave lots of fascinating tidbits as we drove around, pointing out things of interest and discussing not only the history but also the culture, lifestyle, and how much things have changed in Dubai. He even helped us find some swimsuits for the kids at the Mall of Dubai! Recommend both the tour and Savio highly!

We had Ghulam sabir as our tour guide. He was fantastic, he was very knowledgeable and showed us the city from the new to the old. He stopped at lots of locations for photos and gave plenty of commentary on the history of the Dubai.
