It is a great experience and very well managed tour by Ryna tours since last 2 days. Today was a bit more special where I met Mr. Ater who was very jovial person. He also gave the instructions perfectly for pick up and drop. With his entertaining conversation he kept us at ease like we were at home.

This boat ride was great fun and experience. The spectacular views we soaked in from the waters were spectacular.

We had the ultimate adventure and sightseeing experience in Dubai's crystal-clear waterways thanks to the kind crew and experienced captain of the Black Boat.

The Black Boat tour was the best water adventure we enjoyed in Dubai. The thrill that we experienced as and when the boat took turns and twists at amazing speed was incredible.

A great location for groups of friends, families, and singles. All ages can have splashing fun and adventure with the water activities that are offered here.

The VIP leather couch seats on the Black Boat were comfortable. The experienced captain offered us thrilling ride and halted the boat at vantage points for us to take photographs with iconic structures as the backdrop.

The Black Boat tour was comfortable, thrilling, and full of wonderful sightseeing. It was also reasonably priced for tourists to enjoy the beauty of Dubai from a different perspective.

Taking the Black Boat ride around the premier locations of Dubai was exciting. We soaked in the amazing view of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, Atlantis Hotel and clicked many photographs.

We had a beautiful Tour Guide and we enjoyed the safaris Clearly explanations and good advice ( MJ ) MUJAHEED DRIVER ZAMAN

It was an outstanding water excursion in Dubai! The location chosen for the boat ride was excellent. The friendly captain of the boat allowed us nice angles to click photographs with the striking sights at the background.

I had a brilliant day with Rayna Tours today. The driver Mr Brown was very helpful and he was very knowledgeable. He gave us history of Dubai and fine a pop quiz to keep us entertained. The event in the desert was brilliant and would recommend to anyone to go and do it.

Impressed with service Rayna tours provided, and special thanks to Mr Hardeep Singh our driver. He took us to different places worth visiting and also gave us a lots of information about dubai.

I have booked Love Boats Dubai for 90 Minutes by Ozair Hussain Khalid in Hampton by Hilton on 25 Dec 2020. He gave me discount of AED 10 per person also. Although we could have got at least AED 50 from Love Boats on the spot, but we were not aware. I and my mom thoroughly enjoyed it.

Having booked my Abu Dhabi trip with Rayna tours, the service was great, however the van that took us to Abu Dhabi was a standard one and the A/C did not cool the car properly. Since they were so prompt in their service i decided to book a morning Desert Safari with them and they were exemplary in their service. Our driver Rashid was truly a professional and on time to pick us up. He handled the sand dunes with utmost professionalism and made our experience memorable. They also offered me a quad bike experience to book in advance which I am glad I booked as it was 1/3 of the price payable at the site. Overall a great experience and I will continue using them when I am next in Dubai.

Initially our experience on first day went on toss but Rayna coordinator Dubai made our tour with their support, a awesome journey to Dubai. Two guys from Rayna coordinator - Rahul and Humanshu supported and arranged things as per us. Thanks to Azoz Ali (desert safari guide) made our trip more awesome with his way of talking / expert in dune bashing / guided with everything related to desert Safari. Last but not least, awesome desert safari customer experience with this man (Azoz Ali) I will give 11 on 10 to desert Safari tour bcoz of no other than our guide. Regards and thanks to Rayna coordinator dubai For public, I would recommend people to visit only love boat ride, desert safari, Dubai parks and Atlantis palm as rest of other attractions are average only and not have that much fun.

I have never posted a review on any company but I really have to commend the Great Customer service I have recieved from Rayna Tours and a Tour Consultant named Lalit. We booked a trip to Dubai but unfortunately I had to cancel our trip due to unforeseen circumstances. I was stressing that we have spend so much money and we will note be able to recover some of it. I booked 3 tours with Rayna Tours as they came Highly Recommended here on Trip Advisor and reviews on their own website aswell. I booked the Dubai City Tour, Desert Safari and the Dhow Cruise with dinner. I asked Rayna Tours if they would help me in my dillema and if they would be able to refund me the money back that I paid for these tours as we will not be visiting Dubai at this point in time. The consultant Lalit assisted me in the matter and within 3 days my money was paid back into my account!!! What amazing service, I will definately recommend Rayna Tours to anyone that is going to Dubai and want to do any tours or basically any of the services they offer. We are going to do our trip later this year and I will Definately book my tours through them :) If they were this customer service orientated with a query I can just Imagine how absolutely Amazing their actual tours must be!!!! Can't Wait for our trip later this year!!

We loved the Dharma boat tour. It was a little bit loud but otherwise great. Our driver, Zeeshan Ayub picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel. He was very punctual and kind. Thank you! Food was decent, staff was very kind and thoughtful as we were with a baby. Props to them! I only suggest the picture guy needs to be less greedy he would sell way more! But that's just me :). I think we will be back someday soon!

Rayna Tours is one of the best tours to book if in Dubai, I can legit tell this because I have a lot of friends who visited Dubai and weren't as happy as I am after I did Dune Bashing with Mr. Ahmed (our driver n guide) and Quad Biking with Mr. Jalal (our guide) and it was by Rayna Tours and the Mr. Sashi's hospitality was also outstanding. All in all A VERY BEAUTIFUL and ADVENTUROUS EXPERIENCE. Thank you so so much to all the people I mentioned and esp. Rayna Tours for having me ™¥ï¸ I am coming back very soon
