I had a great experience with Rayna Tours during the desert safari in Abu Dhabi. The team was extremely kind, professional, and well-organized. The food was delicious, the shows were beautiful, and everything ran smoothly ” a truly memorable evening. I especially want to highlight how friendly and attentive the staff were ” they made everyone feel welcome and safe. I just wanted to share one small piece of feedback with care: when I rode the camel, I noticed that some of them had marks on their mouths, probably from the metal muzzles. As someone who loves animals, I believe that using softer or padded muzzles could make a big difference for the animals' comfort and would reflect the same kindness that your team already shows to guests. Overall, it was a wonderful experience ” and I hope future safaris continue to grow in both hospitality and compassion.

The trip was amazing!! The tour guide, Sunil Kumar, was so great! He really took care of us, and made sure that we had a great time. His driving in the dunes were so fun, it felt like we were in a roller coaster. There was sand boarding, belly dancing, BBQ, camel riding!

The desert drive was amazing. Also our guide Sakali Ashok was really good. However I was told the camel ride was included in my package and it was only a 20 meter ride on the camel, and if you wanted an actual camel ride you would have to pay a 100 dirhams. This is a scam.

Dune bashing and 15 minute camel ride.. Our guide Azam Khan was fabulous! We did the morning desert safari and camel ride. The dune bashing was fun and the camel ride was great! Lots of photos taken for us would definitely recommend this to anybody travelling to Dubai! 10/10 we hope to do the evening one next time with the bbq and entertainment!

Rayna's customer service team unwilling/untrained to deal with simple queries and its very hard to get through to them; I spent about an hour for my query on the phone; this is surprising given its size and presence across Dubai; this really feels like an overrated firm. Camel riding: is only a 1 minute small circle which is low-value offering; Dining: Vegetarian Food is not clearly marked; there are cats roaming around the dining area; Staff did not allocate the premium dining package that was paid for and it took some convincing of this. Desert buggy is very expensive to hire (AED 1000 for 4 people) for the quality of the riding on offer; The desert safari sand area is on border of urban area and hence it doesn't even feel like a desert. The desert safari ride is very mild ride with low height dunes. All in all, a very disappointing, low value experience from Rayna tours.

We had a very nice safari tour in the desert. Ikram was a very great driver and kept us safe at all time when driving around the dunes which is not easy. I would definitely recommend him and the tour company because we had an exciting day including the Arab dress costumes and Camel riding.

Ikram was a best driver we could get. He was kind, professional and he told us a lot of interesting things about Abu Dhabi, Dune bashing and desert, he also help us take best photos. We felt safe with him and pumped with adrenalin. The food in Camp was also . Camel Farm and camel riding were also interesting things to see and try. 100% recommend.

It was an amazing experience! Our driver *Amirshahazd* picked us up on point 4.30. Dunebashing was unbelievable funny and exciting. Camel riding and sandboarding as well. Had an excellent time with Dune Buggy Adventure. Our driver/tour guide Muhammad S. was excellent. Arrived to pickup us on time and drove us to the desert. The family loved the desert bashing and Muhammad knows how to really have fun yet keep us safe. The camel ride was also wonderful and a once a lifetime experience. The 4x4 in the 4 seater dune buggy was also a great experience driving through the dunes, visiting the camels walking around and then trying sand boarding. We would definitely recommended this tour especially with children and would definitely recommend Muhammad S. Thank you all for a wonderful lifetime experience.

Pickup was on time, our driver Sunil Kumar was the best, because he was very friendly and helpful, was surfing on the sand with the car was absolutely wonderful experience. This tour had it all. Sand bashing, sand surfing, camel riding/feeding, ATVs, performances, dinner, etc. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Our driver Sunil Kumar was very nice and had amazing driving skills. He was also a great photographer too! I highly recommend.

Went for a morning trip to the dessert. Our ˜driver' and tour guide Ikram was just lovely. Very considerate and polite. We all thoroughly enjoyed the sand dunes although we weren't all keen at first, by the end we were very happy to have experienced it ! From start to finish the experience was amazing. The camel ride was also fun. Would definitely suggest to give it a go when visiting Abu Dhabi- and ask for Ikram if you can!

Safari tour was very well organized, our driver Hassan is an amazing person. He explains things in the city as he drives to destination. Camel riding was an exceptional memory. Dinner could have been better. Generally, I enjoyed the safari day and atmosphere!

Nice driving, safe driving

Rayna Tours was very discreet in choosing the best place to let us enjoy the camel safari. We soaked our eyes with the impressive splendour of Dubai’s sand dunes for one complete hour.

Hopping onto the back of the camel was fun. As the camel began to stand up, we literally lost our balance. It was good that we hold the saddle frame placed in front of the camel’s hump. As the camel began to walk, it was all fun.

Paid to Rayna for entire dubai tour activities. Unfortunately helicopter ride got cancelled due to bad weather. Now while giving the refund they are giving endless excuses just to inform me the exact figure in INR that I would be getting as the refund. This clearly shows that they are not refunding me the entire amount for the activity and are making profit out of the cancelled activity too.

We were all very excited to go to the desert to enjoy a range of activities including dune bashing, camel riding and quad biking, however this was possibly the worst experience I have ever booked. The driver was 90 mins late collecting us from our hotel, arrived in an old 4x4 with some of the interior broken. He barely spoke any English nut was blaming the traffic - would have been nice for him to contact us as we were waiting in the hotel lobby for over an hour and a half - hardly the best start to the trip. After about an hour of driving we arrived on the outskirts of the desert at a few local shops where the shopkeepers forced scarves and ornaments upon us in the the hope we would buy - typical tourist trap, but all we wanted to do was go to the desert. Upon leaving, the driver then reversed in to another vehicle. We entered the desert and followed another 4x4 as our driver did not seem to know where he was going. After about 20 mins of driving in the desert we arrived at camp without knowing where to go for the other elements of our trip - it was completely disorganised. At this point light was fading and due to running late, we had not done the qaud biking or camel riding. Firstly the camel riding was terrible - a single lap of a small area of around 20 or 30 metres - lasting approximately 2 minutes! The quad biking was not much better with a very small circuit inside some tyres, so I decided to upgrade to be able to take the quad bikes out in to the dunes. When we got back from quad biking the evening entertainment had already started and loud music was blaring out of poor quality speakers. There must of been around 500 people at the camp, and again felt like a big tourist trap. I was contacted by the team leader as the other person on our trip had companied and the team leader asked if everything was ok with our experience of the trip. We let him know of the situation and then asked if we could go back so we did not have to endure any more of this. He arranged for another driver to take us back, and he was much better than the previous driver. The team leader said he would come back to us with some form of compensation but despite chasing multiple times he never did. I wanted to leave a comprehensive review, so more customers do not fall into the same trap. Overall this was an utterly disappointing trip!

It was the first time for our family to get on the back of the camels and experience the beauty of Dubai’s desert. Highly recommended to those who seek soft adventure and fun.

The guide explained to us how to sit on the back of the camel and balance ourselves holding the straddle. As the ride began, we just sat and kept enjoying the views.

The activity of camel riding was very interesting for our group who were all above 50 years old. Rayna Tours made the best arrangement for us and gave us ample time to enjoy the desert.

Great experience all round. Our guide, Sajid Ali was friendly and knowledgeable. He picked us up from our hotel and pointed out all the sights in Dubai as we passed through en route to the desert. 4x4 over the dunes was a lot of fun. Excellent food and great entertainment - our kids (5 &7) also loved it, though our seven-year-old has decided that camel riding is not for her! Highly recommended.

Rahat was our guide and picked us up from our hotel. He was very polite and made us feel safe. When we arrived at the desert he let some air out of the tyres and he drove the car like a pro through the sand dunes. Our children loved and and could stop laughing with excitement. After we went to the camp and we’re warmly welcomed. We tried the sand boarding and went for camel rides just before sun set. The entertainment and traditional food was great. Overall a great experience and would recommend to anyone.

It was an interesting experience. The camp exceeded our expectations being well organized, with good attractions. BBQ was fine. Camel riding available with no queue. Rayna Tour guide Hallil was excellent, talking with everyone and making the trip enjoyable. Only problem we had was due to a couple that was late and almost lead us to miss the sunset in the desert - Rayna should NOT wait for delayed customers.

Camel riding is one of the quintessential experiences in the deserts of Dubai. We booked this activity through Rayna Tours and were picked up in an air conditioned vehicle from our hotel. The entire experience was super fun and we really enjoyed seeing the stunning sands of the deserts perched on top of a camel.

5) Booked the camel safari online the day we landed in Dubai. Were picked up by a driver and driven to the desert in an air-conditioned vehicle. The scenery that we got to see on the way was very refreshing. After reaching the spot, we were greeted by a guide, who was good in conversing in English. He briefed us about the tour before embarking on the back of the camel. Once the ride started, it was interesting. After spending time full of fun in the desert, we were dropped back to our hotel.

If you don’t take a camel safari when vacationing in Dubai, you will be missing one of the best experiences of your life. But it will also depend on whom you have booked the safari with. If the service provider is not professional, then you won’t enjoy it. So it’s better to be careful and book the experience with Rayan Tours. I have taken my kids to lots of zoos and made them see the camels. But neither I nor did they ever tried riding them. So when we got an option to experience it because in Dubai, we booked the came ride with Rayna Tours. For a small family of four of us, the camel ride was quite an enjoyable activity. The slow adventure that we had on the beautiful desert of Dubai was amazing. During the one-hour camel ride, we also enjoyed family photo sessions. For families, I feel this is a must adventure to experience.

Took my newly wedded wife for a camel desert ride in Dubai and was really impressed with everything. The views were absolutely fantastic that gives you the typical Emirati feel. I would suggest to book your tickets with Rayna Tours as they also additional activities.

Well my experience at the camel desert ride was simply amazing. A slow and gentle desert ride on the camel is the best way to appreciate the surroundings of Dubai’s awesome desert.

I came to Dubai to meet my cousins last month 2019. One of my cousins suggested me to go for a camel ride. On his suggestion, I book this ride with Rayna Tours. Not only the desert was magical, I even got to do sand boarding activity which was a lot of fun.

My experience with the camel desert ride is going to stay in memory till the rest of my life. In fact, this ride is way better than the usual desert safari because you get to enjoy the desert in peace.

I booked this tour at Flora Hotel with Hisham Rasa who provided excellent advice and superb service. The driververy attentivesuperb and provided lots of information throughout the tour. Sand dune bashing was great fun and definitely to be tried.

We were picked up at the pier in Dubai and driven by our laconic driver to the desert where we did some dune bashing and then stopped to ride a camel. There were a couple of camels to ride. Once mounted we were led by a person in a small circle, like a pony ride at the fair When asked about sand boarding the driver just laughed and said that it was only for children. This was the most conversation that we had with the driver. Certainly no other highlights of the area or photo stops! We paid 1056 Dhs for 4 people! When we returned to the pier, just under 3 hours later the fellow that sold us the tour said to come back later, which we did only to receive more run around. Both myself and the other couple have written to Rayna Tours without any satisfaction. For this amount of money and experience we would not recommend this trip.

Our trip was terrible, we drove for 1hr out to the dessert had around 15/20 mins Dune driving in a 4x4 then a 2 min camel ride then back to Dubai all for the sum of £240 for four people

I'm a guide and have been working with tourism for many years and I have never seen anything like this! Just horrible in every way! To start with we were super excited to go on a desert safari as the guy at our hotel had told us the dunw buggy/quads and camel riding was included Driver that picked us up did not care about anyone in the car, When we got there he told us in a very unclear and fast speech that basically the only thing included was the camel riding wich was horrible the poor camels were tight together and they made a small circle not more then 15 sec! And sandboarding wich would have been cool if it was possible to use it somwhere around but that was not the case. So we were there bored and dissapointed for hours. Btw on the way to the safari camp the driver stop by a grocery store didn't say a word just went in and then the workers came and basically dragged us from the car and in so that they could sell us stuff Never been cheated as much in my life so please save yourself the time and money and don't go with this company

Booked with Reyna tours via hotel. Really looking forward to this. Tour is sold as an exciting 4x4 jeep safari with camel riding, dune surfing and other attractions included. The 4x4, which is the main attraction, was tame a best. The driver was monotone and scripted. Didn't appear to be interested or wanting to be there. No enthusiasm from him. Camel riding is a walk around in a circle about the size of a tennis court. Dune buggies are much the same. You can pay extra on both to go outside the camp. Dune surfing was a massive let down. Consisted of a shallow slope where you had to jumps forward to get any momentum then start stop etc. Food is fine. The camp s fine. The show is fine. Henna tattoos on offer but if you want the included version you may get a poor service, my wife did! All in all it does not deliver what the brochure sells. At best it is a nice ride out into the dunes. Not for adrenaline junkies or even or those seeking a little rush.

From the Camel ride to flying over the dunes in a Land Cruiser with roll bar (now we know why they come equipped that way), to the fried corn vendor, entertainment, barbeque buffet, and more entertainment, the afternoon and evening couldn't have been utilized in a better way.

I highly recommend this trip! Firstly, our guide, Youssef (pictured with us), was very professional, informative and friendly, which definitely contributed to the fun and cultural experience. The activities were very organised. We experienced dune driving, camel riding, multiple performances, shisha etc. Included is a buffet dinner with coffee and tea available whenever. This was one of my favourite experiences in Dubai, and for those visiting, this tour is a must!

I had a great time on my private camel riding adventure. The driver picked me up from my hotel and was an absolute gem for the duration of the drive out to the desert camp. The company has a desert camp about 45 minutes outside of Dubai. I was greeted by another person and "my" camel, Sheila. This other person took me out into the desert leading Shiela, taking pictures of me on the camel along the way. When I was done, the driver had water waiting for me back at the Hummer. I would definitely recommend this to others. You can do a group camel ride or a private one. I'm really glad that I did the private one.

The Desert Safari tour was A-W-E-S-O-M-E, with the crazy desert drive to the camel riding, shisha experience, the camp and everything was a blast! Thanks to Muhammad to for being the best and witty tour guide. :)

Vi kjà¸pte tur til Seilet med lunsj og privat sjà¥fà¸r, bà¥ttur i Dubai Creek med middag buffe`, vin og underholdning, à¸rken safari med egen sjà¥fà¸r inkl middag med Corona, etterfulgt av Gin/Tonic, i en Beduinleir med underholdning og kamel riding. Pankaj organiserte det ogsॠslik at sjà¥fà¸ren kjà¸rt oss rett til flyplassen etter safarien. Alle turene fulgte tidsplanen og alle med hyggelige mennesker. A lot of these reviews are clearly fake! Written by posters with 1 review total. Tripadvisor moderator should respond please. Here's my genuine experience of this company. I hope you will find helpful. Booked the Dinner in the desert tour. Dune bashing, camel riding, dinner and a show. After being picked up from our hotel we drove 1hr to the middle of a highway and then, without explanation, proceeded to wait by the side of the road for about 45 mins in a convoy of cars. Poor communication. Finally we were moved from our car to another vehicle for the dune bashing part. Quite fun. On arrival to the location, the setup looked a little...amature. There was a camel ride option which took you around a 30m circle for a minute (included), quad bikes around a 60m circle (not included), sand boarding (which didn't work), Arabian dress up station, souvenir stands and shisha area (extra if you want at your table). No guides to assist you with much as our driver left us and others are smoking outside so you're left to fend for yourself in the compound. Not a big deal but after waiting around for an hour without explanation, it all felt a little dodgey and put us on edge. Hopefully with this review you'll know what to expect should you wish to proceed. As advertised food and drink were included. Drinks were water, tea and soft drink. You could pay extra for alcohol. Food was...pretty good. BBQ style line up affair but was serviced reasonably quick. Falafel and kofta starter. Line up again for main 30mins later. Lamb/chicken shishkabab with other buffet food such as tabbouleh, salad, spaghetti, potatoes, curry, rice, pita bread, chargrilled vegetables. The show was... Strange. Without giving too much away, if you're looking forward to a performance by an Arabian drag queen wearing Christmas lights, you won't be disappointed. On conclusion of the evening there was a rush as around 150 people make their way to 4WD cars. We got left behind last, waiting about 30mins for our vehicle which sucked. Our driver on the way home hit on my girlfriend and some Brazilian woman travelling solo with her 8 year old daughter. Overall, the dinner in the desert experience was worth doing in Dubai but I'd be hesitant to recommend this company as they seem rather poorly organised. These dodgey reviews also tricked me in my hasty research.

I booked a night excursion online and a Rayna jeep arrived to collect me. It worked out at about ‚¬30. This included dune bashing, camel riding, shisha, BBQ, sand boarding (crap) and henna tattoo etc. The evening was great fun, i was on my own but met other people that were in my jeep. Yes there are hidden extras but nothing that you're forced to buy. It suited me as it was cheap and cheerful :)

Ahmad Saeedi was our guide for the dessert safari and we had a really great time with him! During the drive we learned interesting things about Dubai and the people, that live here. Ahmad's English is excellent and he was very open and attentive. The dune drifting was absolutely breathtaking. In the middle of the dessert we stopped and he took a lot of great picture of us. There was cooled water and AC on board. We also booked a camel ride, which was also very exciting. All in all it was a once in a lifetime experience and we would recommend it to everyone (best time ist early in the morning or later in the evening).

A bit touristic, nevertheless we liked it. Starting with a bit of site seeing, we drove 15 min through the desert to finally reach the desert camp. We did spend 3,5 hours there, which seemed shorter than one may expect, since we tried buggy an quad riding as well as camel riding. Only the later was free of charge. Show was really ok, the food as well. Khaled was our entertaining driver.

My ridimg experience from airport to hampton hotel with driver amir iqbal was so good.. He picked me up on time from airpoet and he talk with me so nicely. He is such a great man i met firstin dubai. Thankyou amir iqbal.

Hello we just came from india & just reached Dubai soo the experience is soo good because our tour driver hamad & Naveed are soo cooperative & they drive safe thanks for everything

We were collected at 3:30pm from our hotel and driven out to the desert which took around 1hr 15 mins. There was another couple in the car which we weren't expecting . The bizarre bit of the trip was our driver who didn't speak a word to us throughout the journey and even when we tried to ˜break the ice' a few times he replied with one word answers and mainly looked pretty unhappy to be there. As we spent around 3 hours in the car in total this was a real disappointment. After an hour we arrived at a supermarket off the side of the road. The driver went in to buy bottles of water whilst random men came to the window of the car to try to sell head scarfs whilst other men urinated up the side of the building in front of the car. Back on the road for another 10 mins and we arrived at what I would call an outpost with a few hundred people there and lots of different jeeps, trucks and bikes all arriving and departing. The driver said be back in 10 mins and to use the toilet if needed. My wife and daughters used the toilets which were pretty awful, very dirty and no toilet paper in them. We got back to the car after 10 mins and then waited another 25 mins for the driver to come back. No apology and when we asked why the long wait he said he was waiting for his colleague driver to arrive so we can drive the dunes as a pair! Not a problem but would have been nice to have communicated it rather than leaving us waiting in a dusty car park. We did a 5/10 minute drive on the sand dunes and stopped for a photo which was good and then back on the motorway for another 20 mins before a short sand dune journey to the Rayna camp. There was no queue for the camel ride which was good and the general experience of the camp was good except for us being allocated a table and then returning after getting food to find they had given the table to someone else. We were eventually reallocated to the front which was great for the kids as they got to watch the fire eater and belly dancers up close. The food was very good for an outdoor bbq. The show went on to about 8:30pm and then we were back in the car with our silent driver for the drive home! It was a real shame regarding the driver and it wasn't a cultural language issue as his English was fine when he first collected us from the hotel. I think the experience could be enhanced with a rough itinerary as you are driving on the motorway for up to 3 hours, which when there is no communication from the driver and 2 children in the car, is tough. I personally wouldn't recommend this for families with younger children just for this issue. My kids are 12 and 9 and I think younger kids would have struggled with the journey.

Great experience and worth the money .we booked it through our hotel and was very organized from the beginnings .we were family of 4 (2 kids age 4 and 7 ) with another couple so total 6 in 4 WD car which is great car .we had fun with camel riding and then dune bashing .later the evening dinner with sunset and few nice show from the amazing fireman show ,Bellatrix dancing and skirt show .kids enjoyed and we too .I think overall great and probably the best activity we had in dubai in our 6 day trip . However there were few things that I would suggest from organizer to consider .first since the event is fully supervised by company then there should be standard fee for falcon photo as some asking us for 10 other asking 50 AED ! Hope the process will be streamline and clear .secondly the charge for quadbike very expensive 1000 AED f0r 30 min! Lastly in our package there was written in inclusion shisha smoking ,apparently it was certain area to smoke and you have to share it with other person unknown to you if you don't have few friends with you which I found odd .you can get one in your seating area but it will add 80AED .

Abdel Muhamed was the host at the W Palm for Rayna Tours. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and we had a great time doing the dune riding and the camel riding and enjoyed the 2 shows. There was no belly dancing due to Ramadan but they had two other shows which were super fun. They included a man with an ever changing twirling skirt and a fire show. We rode quad bikes outside of the camp and also rode the camels as well. Super fun even if touristy.
