Desert Buggy Driving Experience

My wife and I wanted to tell you how delighted we were with our safari day with your company. Sunil was an excellent guide, very friendly, and shared his knowledge with us perfectly. He is also a master at taking photos in the desert. Please thank him again on our behalf. At the camp, the food was excellent. We really appreciated the private package with a dedicated butler. I booked several activities with Rayna Tours for my Dubai trip, and the overall experience was quite disappointing. My booking advisor was Yash Vijay. While the team was responsive and available, there were no intelligent inputs provided on the itinerary. They do not really know how to create a well-planned itinerary, and although support was present, there was no real expertise or guidance. You are left to figure out the entire schedule on your own, which defeats the purpose of choosing a tour operator. The Dhow Cruise and Desert Safari were especially disappointing, and I would strongly suggest not booking these experiences through Rayna Tours. The food was extremely poor ” far below basic expectations. Regarding the vehicles: most cars were clean, but some were not up to standard, which made the experience inconsistent and uncomfortable. Overall, this was not a good experience. The service quality was sub-par, the activities were below acceptable quality, and the itinerary support lacked the intelligence and guidance you expect from a professional tour company. There are many reliable operators in Dubai, and I would recommend choosing someone else for a smoother and more enjoyable trip.

Couldn't have been any better! There are so many different companies in Dubai offering the Desert Safari but we think we fell on our feet by choosing Rayna Tours. We were picked up promptly from our hotel by our wonderful driver Hussan in a super clean 4x4 . He was an absolutely brilliantly competent and very aware sand dune basher and gave us a totally thrilling experience as we were crashing up and down the dunes. We were given plenty of time for photo opportunities and dune boarding. Another 30 min drive (this time on tarmac!) and we were at the Desert Camp. Excellent food and entertainment and an amazing fire eater. Throughout we were so well looked after by our driver who then safely returned us back to our hotel. A first class and professional door to door service.

It's my second time taking this safari with Rayna Tours and our Driver Sunil Kumar. He was excellent, we enjoy a lot all the way, and all attentions with us. Subir is a very dedicated driver, he always explaining all around de road. Service at the meeting lo it was excellent too. We enjoy food and the artistic activities.

Had an amazing experience with Rayna Tours. Romany Adly (from the Address Beach Resort travel desk) was incredibly helpful in selecting the right activities for our group of 15. We did the desert Safari, the dune buggy and an amazing private dinner in the desert. Romany organised private cars to pick up different parts of the group as we had peopke joining for different activities and made sure everyone was taken care of. The desert safari was super fun, although Linder than it needed to be (some people got car sick). The dune buggy was absolutely AMAZING, especially with the sunset views. Camel ride was cute and fun, but we didn't have time to do the sand boarding unfortunately as it was getting dark and we were late for dinner. The dinner was an absolutely incredibly experience. Ezekiel was an amazing host and we had two great private shows. Belly dancer and fire show. The guests loved both, but were super impressed with the fire show especially. All around a great experience. Romany made sure all of our needs were attended to and we were very happy with the experience.

Rayna tours have been so professional and patient. Ayush booked us the dhow cruise, half day Dubai city tour, Burj Khalifa experience and the desert safari; he was very helpful and gave us sound advice from start to finish! Each experience was well planned and meticulous. Our tour guide, Hammad was very knowledgable and gave us a very informative commentary during the Dubai tour experience. Our dune bashing driver, Irfan Haider was friendly and an excellent driver. He played some amazing music throughout dune bashing, making the experience even more thrilling! I would highly recommend Rayna tours and would definitely use them again.

The desert safari is an amazing experience that everybody should ever have. The organization is perfect and they are ready to face any trouble that can happen. Ikram Raja, our guide, has been very kind and helpful, especially when my wife felt dizzy. He has take care of us beyond that we could expect. I have no words to express our gratitude with him. The kind of person you won't ever forget and are lucky to cross with in your life.

Abdelmalek Ibrahim from our hotel Vida Creek Harbour advised us to do this amazing dessert safari tour. The whole package was amazing. We started with a great ride to the dessert and ended with a nice bbq dinner and light/fire show.

It was one of the best day in my lifetime to experience Desert Safari in Dubai. Mind blowing experience. Best part is Mr Brown from Rayna company which made me feel so special and memorable. I would highly recommend if you plan to visit Dubai for vacation. Desert Safari is must and that too with only and only Mr Brown.

Our guide Sunil was excellent throughout the entire experience. He cared that all guests were comfortable and happy. Hallo, ich bin der Dirk aus good old Germany… Ich habe die Tour im Januar gebucht und bin mit „Sean“ meinen Tour Guide alleine gefahren. Die Einweisung war sehr professionell und auch mit klaren Ansagen. Als Sean merkte das er mir Vertrauen konnte gab er mir die geilsten Dünen, vorbei an Kamelen, rauf und runter, quer durch die Wüste mit Vmax. von über 80km/h. Es war einfach nur super MEGA, es gibt davon auch ein Video was ich euch nur empfehlen kann mal anzusehen. Sean ist ein echter Profi der genau weiß was er tut und was er euch zu muten kann. Ich habe, leider, auf dem der mir das im Hotel angeboten hat gehört, ich wollte ursprünglich zwei Stunden durch die Wüste habe jedoch dann nur eine gebucht, leider, sehr sehr schade…. Das wäre mit Sean der MEGA Spaß geworden. Also, kurz um absolut zu empfehlen, es hängt wahrscheinlich vom Guide ab, wenn ihr die Möglichkeit habt, dann fragt nach Sean ! Jederzeit wieder….

Had a terrific experience driving dune buggy at high speeds through the dunes, great equipment and the guide Sean was an expert rider and also a really good guy…would definitely do it again with them and especially if Sean is the guide!!

It was a very good trip with accurate timing (not too long not too short) and well organized. We got private car with amazing driver Sunil that was very kind, communicative, informed us about everything well and helped us to know the traditions more. Very patient as well. Took many great pictures and was great to adapt to our needs (my mom didnt like the dune bashing so he took us through calmer way of the desert). Overall it was very good experience, had lot of fun and many exciting memories. We enjoyed the food very much, there was enough for everyone. Free drinks, coffee and tea also availabe in unlimited amount. Would choose this trip again (with Sunil only :) ) if coming back again.

We enjoyed the desert safari so much. The driver , Mr Sunil Kumar was very friendly, competent and gave us an exhillirating dune bashing experience. Was my kid bithday and Sunil and the team made him a birthday surprise. The food was very good so was all the other entertainment, camel rides, henna painting, belly dancer and the tallula dancer. It was a great experience! Dune bashing was a little bit scary, but with the experienced hands of Ikram our tour guide we felt safe! Camel riding and quad ride were also things not to miss when you are in the desert! Thank you Ikram!

My Wife snd I are in Dubai celebrating our honeymoon and we were highly recommended going on this safari...let me tell you it did not disappoint. The views were spectacular, the food was amazing but the service was next level. Our guide Mr, Brown went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care, got food, got to ride the dune buggies and even made sure we got the best angles for our photos haha. I booked a private short tour (morning desert tour) and we really had a great time! Everything was well organised, smooth, no rush & no stress. I was with 2 kids (3 and 6yrs old) plus grandma and we had the experience tailored to our needs. This is not easy to find especially when you travel with kids! Our guide Ikram was very kind and experienced, able to accomodate any request! I definitely recommend this experience if you want to enjoy desert with no stress!

We had and amazing time and experience doing this tour with our guide Mr. Sunil Kumar. I suggest everyone to experience this at least once in their lifetime. Ikram was really nice. Pick us up at the hotel on time, and the we hit the road. We talked about Abu Dhabi, the life in the city and the experience at the desert. When we arrived he prepared the car for the Safari. I thought that the experience was only to see the desert. I was totally wrong. I am so happy Ikram was our guide and driver. Desert Safaris are even better than roller coasters. It was thrilling. The. We went to the camp, rode a camel had a few drinks. From my perspective it was much better than what I was expecting.

The driver(Sarmad) came on time and he is very polite and very helpful. We enjoyed our ride with him. But the company need to understand that not everyone like smoking whether Shisha or any form of smoking. A particular seating area should be reserve for non- smokers. Also the food is not great for people who come from Europe.

It was a very impressive day. We had the luck to have a car of our own, so it was just my husband and me together with the driver. Because of this, he really considered all our wishes. We saw many gazelles and also one antilope during the trip. The dune bashing was very very cool, the driver drove safely, but also very crazy - which we enjoyed very much. We also rented a quad, which wasn't included, but this was also a unique experience for us. The BBQ sunset Dinner in the desert was delicious and it was a very magical atmosphere, which we enjoyed. We would recommend this tour everyone for having an unforgettable memory of your stay in Dubai.

The Safari tour was really amazing and unique experience. Enjoyed every detail of it. Our driver, Mr. Munir Ahmed was extremely polite, friendly and hospital person. Overall the experience is nice - specially for the ones not able to enjoy this kind of events often - however what makes it all worth it is undoubtedly the dune bashing. For adrenaline junkies, the experience is amazing and for the others, it will definitely provide with some good laughs (and yells...). Our driver, Amirshahazd, was absolutely amazing and is an excellent person. The only remark is the sand surfing part, which lakes guidance and influences immensely the enjoyment you take out of it. The first part - dune bashing - makes it all worth it! Amirhahazd is an excellent driver and even a better person.

The highlight of the experience was the driver and Tour guide Musamil Fazal. He was comedic and adept with how he shared knowledge with one liners hooks. Scared us in the desert but was safe about it. The food experience was good too, not to mention the entertainment; belley dancing and fire water. Overall, a solid experience. Good value for money. We got picked up with a very big and luxury Nissan Patrol. We had a very good guide, mr Brown, who explained everything and gave us a lot of information about the tour, Dubai and the nature. He was also a very good dune-bash-driver, funny, had eye to make beautiful (and funny!) photographs and he made the whole tour even better. We loved it!

It was an unique experience! One part of the safari was adventurous (Dune driving, quad biking,...) and the other one relaxing and entertaining (stargazing, food, music,...). We felt very safe with our safari guide Vimu, he was very caring and fun, so we can really recommend him!

I booked all my tours when I visited Dubai with my family through Rayna tours. Fara was amazing, he gave me a good rate which made it very easy since I was traveling with a larger family. The experience was amazing and our driver Amer Brown was a great driver and guide. He made the experience very entertaining and informative. The dune bashing was very thrilling and the camp dinner and show were great. Absolute pleasure to be on a private tour with Mr Brown as our driver and host on a half day desert safari in the Toyota Landcruiser. His knowledge of Dubai and charisma along the way was great. Can't fault Mr Brown. The only negative on the trip was the option to drive a 4 person CanAm sand buggy ourselves once we stopped at the camp where we ate and watched belly dancers. It was 1000AED for 30 mins for the sand buggy, quite a lot of money, however this 30 mins included 10 mins stopped by the guide (not Mr Brown)to take photos. We didn't need photos IMO opinion as we get the photos on sand dunes in the Landcruiser. Once we got back to the camp we were 3 mins early retuning, so we only had 17mins of driving for $1000 AED”Very expensive. Also we were told we will be doing fun stuff ourselves with buggy, but we had a guide who kept stopping us and saying to slow down. We weren't going fast anyways!

We booked the safari directly from the hotel. The dune ride with the jeep was very nice and lasted around half an hour. The food served at the camp was tasty and plenty. Many thanks to our driver, Mr Brown, who was also our guide and desert photographer.

The favorite part was the safari through the desert. The driver was very professional and kind. It s a unique experience and we really enjoyed it. Our 3 year old son loved it as well,but if s not smooth at all. This was the best thing I've done in Dubai! Not gonna lie. It was worth every Penny! Our Safari Guide Nazeer war very kind and you can feel that he knows his car best when he bashes up and down the dunes! The food was excellent and had a very refreshing touch to it (I'd love to know how this was cooked!) I enjoyed the entertainment show with a nice shisha and free drinks (non alcoholic). I will suggest you doing it when you're in Dubai! 100% Turst me!

(Muhammad asir), he picked us right up at the hotel, then we drove for about an hour, (we was listening music and sometimes was sharing info about places), then we arrive to desert, after lowering pressure, we had a short Dune bashing experience during hour way to Camp, once there we had free drinks and some snacks, also the oportunity to Ride a Camel, we had more or less an hour free there to perform extra charge activities like quad or buggy rides, then the Dune bashing started, you perform like a circuit, all drivers performed an habilitation exam so you guys are safe, then we stoped in a place , was perfect to had pictures, I recommend to book the evening, less Heat!, Then way back to Camp, where we had dinner and shows, I highly recommend this experience, fun is assured!

The best bit was amazing professionalism from our host Imtiaz Aftab, he delivered the 5 star service from the pick up to drop off. We were picked from our residence, Aftab arrived promptly at 02:15 PM, explained the whole itinerary and shows timing and upgrade options. Before collecting us, he maintained the communication through What's App which helped me finding him. The vehicle was comfortable & clean, we were informed of COVID related protocols to follow. Upon arrival at Rayna Camp, we were given detailed information of camp surrounding, desert buggy ride and camel ride options. The camp itself was really nicely maintained. We upgraded to premium option which was 50 Dhs per head, I think it was well worth it as it included segregated seating option and unlimited access to bar bq buffet and dinner options. We left around 5pm for desert safari followed by sunset photos stop at dune, the ups and downs of ride were extremely good and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I observed Aftab's amazing advanced driving skills too, his driving was like a car dancing on the sand! We were taken back to camp around 6pm, the shows were planned to start around 06.30 pm. First show was a traditional Arab dance performed by a gentleman very skillfully, this was followed by a very interesting fire show which was the highlight of the performance. Lastly, a belly dancer wrapped off the day with a lovely performances over 3 songs. The dinner buffet was freshly prepared, taste was delicious, quantity was sufficient and staff were guiding the guests to maintain social distancing. All in all, we had an amazing day, mainly due to our amazing host Aftab!

Our family went for desert safari with Aftab. He was our driver and what an amazing man and guide. He showed, guided, told us about everything in Dubai. He had answers to almost all our questions. At first i was scared of driving in sand dunes but Aftab made it very comfortable for us. We did the safari with our guide Mehtab Shah and everything was just great ! He picked us up at our hotel around 8:30 then we had a 45 minute ride to a little shop where we bought some local scarfs in prévision of beautiful pictures . The safari was a little bit scary sometimes but so worth it !! One of my friend was a little sick after because of all the ups and downs in the sand but our guide made everything to make her feel better . We also did quad and buggy for a very good price ! Everything was great , from The moment that they picked us up from The hotel till The end of The trip . Booked with the hotel I was staying in. Rahmat was my safari guide. This was a very fun experience that was enhanced by Rahmat. I tried the camel ride and the small quad bike. The 4x4 drive across the dunes was brilliant - gave me mini rollercoaster vibes. I almost missed out on taking beautiful pictures at the sunset! Rahmat encouraged me to take pictures and he took some beautiful pictures of me in the sunset. After the sunset was entertainment and dinner. The entertainment was enthralling with the tanoura show, fireshow and belly dancing. The food was okay. Great experience overall. May I suggest that you take a sweater with you because it does get a little bit chilly after the sun sets.

An amazing experience. Saddam is an excellent driver and professional. We enjoyed dune bashing with him. Camp was good and covid protocols were followed. Food can be improved.

The 4x4 dune bashing en dune buggy ride was awesome. Haroon whas the driver of the 4x4 car. Beautiful big Toyota land cruiser. He is a very friendly guy who explained and told alot about Dubai en the activities. He took good care of us. I really recommend anybody to go on evening desert trip.

We wasted 2.5 hrs from hotel to Marina but ended up back without cruise! I paid 330 Dhs for cruise and ended up paying 120 dhs for taxi to return to my hotel! Out of 12 people in our group 10 returned without cruise! Group of 7 were told to adjust on seat of 4 and we ( three of us) were not given that table saying that was for group of 7! What a cheat! Prabha( venue manager) refused help and so does Rayna operations support( Ashwin) We were told that either sit on upper deck at 45c or screw ourselves! Both Ashwin and Prabha bluntly refused to even arrange for trip back to hotel ! I narrated the entire episode to trip coordinator and all that he told me was to submit feedback! Even after escalating it to their CEO Manoj, still didn't get any redressal.

We have one of the best day in Dubai, ever! The Driver, Mehtab Shah, was the best one!! I saw a difficult ride and he did it awesome with a lot of sensations. Unfortunately the camel ride was little bit short.. but we recommend for a perfect day in Safari

Had an amazing time in the morning safari with my husband and my 2yo baby. Everything was exceptional, the safari was scary on the dunes, but my baby was enjoying a lot, the driver was very careful and sociable ( sadly I don't remember his name). The price was all worth it. Thank you Rayna tours!

My friends and I chose to go with Rayna Tours on a desert safari trip. Our tour guide, Azim Mirza honestly made the experience even better! Azim genuinely went the extra mile and kept ensuring we were all okay and took some unreal photos of us! We booked the Desert Safari through the Rayna Travel Desk at our hotel. The person at the desk Mr. Sajeev was very helpful. We were picked up @ 3:30 pm and our driver Azeem was very informative, during the transfer he talked about history of Dubai and the landmark buildings during our way. We were transferred to a 4x4 vehicle for the dune bashing. The dune bashing was not upto the expectation as our driver was slow during the ride. After reaching the desert camp, we were provided with refreshments. The kids did the free camel ride, henna art, arabic dress photo op.. We did the Quad bike ride with extra payment and enjoyed a lot. Soon the entertainment programs started with Tanura dance, Fire balls show and Belly dancing. We enjoyed a lot. The only thing we regretted was cold food and very less option for Vegetarians. The BBQ was only non-veg. and no option for veg.

Mr Hasseeb is the best driver, the desert drive with Hasseeb was the great experience . In fact the whole the adventure would have been far far better if we just spent the time driving around the desert with Hasseeb.

Good experience. The driver, Nazir Khan, though not a very chatty guy but a very good driver who gave us some thrills during the drive. It's definitely something to try. And my thanks goes to the guide who took us buggy driving as well.

Our driver was Naveed. We were picked up on time and driven to a quad bike and buggy area. From there we went dune bashing, camel riding, horse riding and some photos with a eagle. At camp we enjoyed some light snacks shopping stalls before the main shows. Spinning dancing, fire show and belly dancing.

We were a group of 3 generations. This is one of the best trips my family and I have been on. All the activities were fun, particulary the dune ride. Our driver Husaifa was the best, he made sure my teenage children all enjoyed a thrilling ride, whilst my elderly parents felt safe. The evening atmosphere at camp was lively & entertaining and the food delicious.

Today my two teens and I attended this dessert tour. After a thrilling drive up and down the sand dunes our driver Yunas brought us safely to the camp. Here we did the camel ride and quad bikes before we got delicious food and enjoyed the shows. All in all an amazing experience that we for sure will do again next time we come to Dubai.

I'm a Botswana citizen, 1st time in Dubai so yesterday I decided to go for desert safari tour and luckily I met a very good driver Mr Manoj..He picked me up from the hotel and immediately notified me that we going to pass by some hotel to pick another family of four ( very lovely, calm people from India) enjoyed their company as well...the moment we reached the desert there was already laughter, joy in the car; the way Mr Manoj drove that car on the sand dunes, ohhh my world! Stunt after stunts, he knows and enjoys what he is doing..we stopped at some beautiful view to take some photos, He even helped with photoshooting and they came out beautifully ( thank you Sir). We then headed to the desert camp, he explained everything in details before we started anything; the services included on the package and the extra changed ones, there was no confusion at all he made everything clear...i enjoyed the dance show ( very talented people) , the food was delicious too ( 1st time trying some vegetarian dishes and enjoyed them) Thanks to you Mr Manoj and Rayna Tours Keep up the good work.

Overall experience with Rayna was very good. Initial booking experience was no so great as after making payment I had to follow-up several times with Pune office to get invoice, visa and tickets . But once we reached Dubai, every tour was exciting & memorable and all Rayna staff were very friendly. Travel coordinator Alisha used to give updates on Whatsapp timely basis about our each day tour details with concerned person. Desert safari is one of the best and most exciting of all. Wasim who was driving us in Land Cruiser for dune bashing made it more adventurous with his cool nature. I would highly recommend Desert safari with Rayna. As part of desert safari, Rayna has its own camp where there are multiple activities like camel riding , belly dancing, tanoura dancing, heena etc. Dubai city tours was also good and the tour guide Kunal gave us rich history details about the Dubai city. We also enjoyed dhow cruise dinner and buffet was delicious. All the pickup and drop was on time and properly communicated on Whatsapp.

We had booked desert safari from desertsafaridubai.com and they connected us to rayna day tour. Mr Aqeel Shal our Guide and Driver picked us up from Hotel, He was very help full friendly and Dune Dashing experience with him was exceptionally very good, The entertainment program at camp was also very good. But food was not good and very poor quality, complementary Henna painting and photography mentioned in the package is misguiding, they just kept few cloths in a small shelter and no one to help or guide, henna painting they paint a very small flower and advertise if you want little more also we have to pay high amt, this is absolutely misleading...
