Dubai Crocodile Park

A well and promptly organized trip by Ms Sarah of Rayna Travels. It was a very interesting trip with highly professional people at the Dubai Crocodile Park to explain everything clearly. Not far from downtown and could get a taxi arranged by the DCP staff.

A very well arranged trip by Ms Sarah of Rayna Travel for Dubai Crocodile Park. The tour was excellent with professional staff at the park giving the details of different segments. The ENCOUNTER was the most interesting part of the trip where one can hold a baby crocodile with the assistance of DCP staff. The park is not far from the city and DCP staff arrange for a taxi to return.

Kamran - extremely knowledgeable guide and Parvez took us to Abu Dhabi. Overall the day went well. Too many things and places to cover. Time at some places needs to be optimised better. We were give 20 mins at each site which is very minimal and doesn't even give proper time to see the site. Suggestion is to reduce the number of sights, focus on key 2-3 attractions only with more allocated time.

We were delayed and unable to enter, due to invalid tickets but eventually it got sorted. The frame is really beautiful. But the delay made the experience less enjoyable

The Dubai Crocodile Park tour was a hit with my entire family. This family-friendly park is enjoyable and safe to explore. My kids were overly excited to see crocodiles up close and personal. It was a perfect family outing as it was pure edutainment.

Hello , the trip was wonderful, Adeel was a good guide for the group, he made the group feel safe a he explained every thing about the history very clear, the driver Amir Khan was very friendly and he has an amazing driving skills , the only thing we have not a good experience was the place where we had lunch , many tourists fitting for food, pushing each other with not maners, not spoon , forks clean available etc .. but the tour in general was good .

I enjoyed the both safari and shows. The driver was kind and punctual. Thinking about being at desert, foods were okay. The ticket was 200 aed, which is fantastic in dubai for both activity and food combinations. I recommend the tour.

It was not bad. Although it's my second time at the Safari but my family's first time! The sand bashing was scary as usual! My son was excited initially and then started crying as he couldn't handle the adrenaline. Lol. Okay but I think Rayna should try improve With much better invoice details. Yes we were allowed to pay half price before traveling but I think it should be included in the invoicing email the full price and remaining balance to be paid afterwards! Because I actually forgot I paid half price and was to balance up at the entry gate and then I almost embarrassed myself just because I forgot I paid half price Weeks before we left the Uk for Dubai. But overall it was a great outing! Nice food and drinks. Very organised, not crowded! And drop off back to the hotel was great as well. Cheers Ola

enjoyed staying during our visits to Dubai, closes approximate to Emirates Mall and other attraction as well its closer to the beach and not so far from the airport.

Just a quick note to put across my thoughts about my trip.We were a family of three and had heard a lot about the Dubai Bollywood Park attractions and activities and so decided to pay a visit. Looking at the choices of service providers our final nod was to Rayna Tours and Travels and they did not disappoint. Spoke to a pleasant sales support executive Himanshu who serviced our need and provided the requisite documentation and passes for the park. I would particularly like to mention the services of Mr Dheer our transporter who picked us and dropped us from and to our residence. He was courteous, very skillful at driving and well-mannered.He was a true ambassador for what Rayna Tours stand for in terms of superlative customer service. I would definitely recommend his services to Rayna's exclusive,special and privileged clientele. If there is any advice that I would make it would be for the sales support executives to recommend choices in terms of value for money because when I did reach there I realized that I could have paid a visit to all three theme parks rather than just the Bollywood one for the price that I paid.Had this been advised to me it would have helped me make my decision more soundly. The above is just a piece of opinion to make the very good service quality of Rayna tours even more outstanding.

This aquarium is good, tickets are expensive though. It was a good experience. For Sharks and Penguin encounter, there are separate tickets. You can book in advance, otherwise you will have to wait in long queue. There is a good variety of fish. You can also take a glimpse of aquarium from outside.

Very nice tour.. Covered most of the iconic places in Dubai.. Muhammed Dilshad was the tour guide and he knows the place and the history like the back of his hand. Well done.
