Our guide Mr. Brown picked us up at our hotel at 2:30 in a Nissan SUV. We drove out to the desert and the driver took us dune bashing, which was crazy fun. We were able to take sunset pics in the desert, it was so beautiful.

Had a great Dubai Safari experience. This is my 2nd time but I really enjoyed this time. Thanks to our Safari Guide Muhammad Ali for on time pick up, very accomodating, friendly and touring us in the best spot in the dessert. The camp is cleaned and organized. There are tables and normal chairs ( not pillow) which is very comfortable. There are wide range of food. All are good and delicious. Indeed, a best dessert safari tour and surely a recommended one. We booked an experience in the desert near Dubai and we were not disappointed! Our safari guide, Rizwan Butt, was very professional, and he explained to us the different buildings we encountered on the way to the desert. We really enjoyed both the dune bashing on a brand new Toyota Land Cruiser (probably the most amazing part) and the dinner, accompanied by traditional dances and amazing shows too. We also had the chance to take awesome photos of the sunset and to experience an exciting quad ride. We would definitely do this experience again, and we would recommend Rayna Tours!

Went on the Dubai Premium Safari with mr. Raja Umair as our driver, and the entire experience was wonderful from the moment we stepped out of the hotel lobby. Mr Raja was waiting for us with a very comfortable Land Cruiser, ready for adventure. Even before we started the actual Safari part, he made sure to point out landmarks along the way. And then we got to the desert. Hands down the best Dune Bashing experience I've ever had. The adrenaline rush was only made better by knowing that we were in the hands of an amazing driver such as Mr Raja. He was extremely patient with us as well, stopping/slowing down for photos and cool video moments, and making sure to explain everything whenever we reached a new point of interest. And the beautiful desert sunset on top of the dunes was a lovely surprise, and Mr Raja stopped for us to take some lovely photos. Thank you so much, Mr Raja, you were amazing!

My aunt and uncle took me here the last time I was in Dubai and I really enjoyed myself. I also want to mention the food here. It was quite good.

Went to the Dubai Safari Park with my friends and I had a wonderful time. The bears, lions, tigers, elephants, leopards, gorillas, and hippos are spread out all over the park, so getting around is fun and we spent a whole day here. So, I would recommend this place to all big groups of family and friends.

Mr Brown was a great guide and made the trip very fun! He was very helpful in letting us know about all the possible activities and was patient and kind.

Whenever I come to Dubai every couple of years, I make it a point to see the Dubai Safari Park because there’s something new every time. My kids also love this place.

The park is well set up with signboards at places for easy access. It also offers lots of interesting information about animals. Seeing the red pandas was amazing.

I recently concluded my Dubai trip and the Dubai Safari Park was a part of it. I rate this place the highest because it is the best safari park I have seen.

Watching several animals roam freely in the park was nice. We saw Malayan tiger, Rhinoceros, elephants, leopards, White African lions, Asian otters, fishing cat, and many more.

Dubai Safari Park is probably the best park in the Middle East. It is huge and the shows are so entertaining, especially the racoon show. It was my first time seeing a racoon. This is a good place to take the kids.

I don’t how Dubai does it but even with the Dubai Safari Park, they have managed to make authentic habitats for the animals. I was at the park a week back and the Asian and African habitats were so authentic that it really felt like the real thing. The park is amazing and I had the best time.

The Dubai Safari Park is one of the best things to do in Dubai. My whole group and I really had a good time looking at different animals. The shows and the guided tours were fun too. Honestly, I underestimated how huge the Dubai Safari Park actually is. Even a day is not enough, especially when the kids don’t want to leave the oasis. But I lured them away for a camel and elephant ride. This is a wonderful place for kids and adults and should be seen by all Dubai tourists.

The Open Safari at Dubai Safari Park was my favorite. It felt like I was on an African safari. They have done a great job with making habitats look and feel authentic. All in all, we had a great time.

The Dubai Safari Park offered a stunning wildlife adventure. It was pleasing to see how the entire park is built. There were so many animals from different parts of the world to see. What we like about the park is the natural and climate-controlled environment provided for the residents. This shows that the animals are well taken care of, which is very pleasing.

It was the best wildlife encounter we had in recent years. The Dubai Safari Park is meticulously designed with separate segment typical for the resident animals. Being able to see over 2500 animals brought from every corner of the world was surprising. We didn’t expect such a huge variety of animals at the park. It was amazing to know that the entire park is powered by solar energy. Even to move from zone to another, there are eco-friendly buses and trams arranged for the visitors. We were in awe looking at the whole arrangement of the park. It’s a beautiful place for the entire family to enjoy wildlife adventure for an entire day.

I had taken my wife and kids to this place where all of us had a great time. This place had various sections out of which the Arab and Open Safari Village would be our ideal choice. However, the most fascinating part about this activity was the opportunity to feed the giraffe with our bare hands was quite special.

Did the Dubai safari and barbecue today and it was amazing. Very well organised and the food was great. The desert safari itself was very exciting and not just a boring tour of the dunes, you really race across them and up and over them. My guide was Mehtab Shah, he picked me up from the hotel and was very helpful. The buggy extra was also very good fun. Overall 5 stars. Would definitely do it again.

I had taken my daughter and son to this park and they were jumping with joy looking at all the animals. It is a good place for kids to learn more about animals and their natural habitat. My kids were a little scared during the open safari but soon they lost themselves in the personal encounter with animals.

This newest attraction in Dubai is massive and it was so wonderful to see all the beautiful animals in the wild. The environment provided is very safe for animals and the staff takes very good care of them. We really enjoyed our time here.

We did a Safari Tour with Rayna in Dubai and were very happy with the service. Although living in an Airbnb, we were picked up right at the apartment lobby. The Dune bashing was an experience for itself, and the atmosphere in the camp was also very nice. Our guide, Saddam, was great help to us, as he provided assistance for the pictures and also safes us the best seats. Definitely a recommendation! Even if it is touristy, it is a very nice trip. It is worth every cent.

Nousheer was our concierge at the M hotel downtown, which I do not recommend staying, at, but he was great he helped us to book a dessert safari which was amazing our driver was great but he was late and had fun driving on the dessert slopes. It was really nice experience to visit Dubai city with highly efficient guide Savio with good knowledge of history and geography, desert safari with awesome dune bashing, wonderful evening with DHOW Cruise dinner, sky high Burj Khalifa and Dubai aquarium with under water zoo. Overall tour was well organized by Anil, Kunal and Amit. Quick daily update on WhatsApp by coordinator with pick up, drop timing and good assistance when required.

I had visited Dubai from 21 to 26 Jul 2016. My experience was awesome with Ryna Tours and Travel in Dubai. I missed my pickup after landing in Dubai and Mr. Mohit or cordinator arranged special pickup for me. Personal thanks to Mr.Mohit. Dessert Safari ride was awesome. Enjoyed the drive lot. The Driver Mr. Khan was very good and made us comfortable. We just reached Airport on time as there was some 2 pickup from other hotel near they were late. Their flight was at 12 and ours was at 9.40 pm. Request and suggestion is please do not combine pickup for different flight timings. We were late and they were earlier. Overall the experience was very good. Thanks to the full team.

My Trip to Dubai this year march was a Remarkable one. Thanks to Rayna tours for arranging everything so effectively. The points that i liked most about Rayna team are: 1) Punctuality 2) Well mannered 3) Cooperative 4) prompt and professional service They customise my trip as per my requirement so effectively and during trip made the experience really worth telling to everyone. Even the Drivers of Desert Safari ride and dhow cruise were really awesome and well mannered. These 2 things i felt needed a bit improvement. 1) Dhow cruise Veg buffet dinner can be improved , there were not much options to be had 2) Burj Khalifa tour can be adjusted during Low turnout time since it hell hectic to stand like 2 hours in a Queue to reach from security check to the lift LOL. REst everything was awesomly done.

We had planned our Dubai trip through Rayna. We booked few tours with them including Dubai city tour, Dhow cruise, Dessert Safari, Burj Khalifa, Dolphin show, Aquarium and Underwater zoo. They had provided proper transportation for each and every tour. It was all in all a good planned trip.

He took care of all the formalities (visa processing, documentation etc.) and bookings as agreed. Thanks Harshad! Once we landed in Dubai, Mohit and Jeetu were always there to help us. All the guides and drivers were on time. There was not a single instance where we had to wait for our driver or next instructions. Our city tour guide was very humorous in nature and provided good information about Dubai city. Desert Safari was an exciting adventure. I would like to make a special mention of Zarquaab who took us to Ferrari Word . He managed our last minute request of visiting Sheikh Zayed Mosque and arranged costumes for ladies. He was very cooperative and provided lot of insight to life in UAE. Full marks to Zarquaab. Till our departure from Dubai the entire tour was very professionally managed by Rayna tours. I would definitely recommend Rayna tours to travellers visiting Dubai.

It was a real help in getting the full tour itinerary booked by Bhawana (Rayna Tours). We covered quite a lot of ground in 4 days - Ferrari World @ AD, Desert Safari, Dolphinarium, Underwater Zoo, Burj Khalifa (At the Top) as well as Hummer & Limousine rides. Booking in advance helped as we could get good rates despite it being a Ed weekend, thnx to Bhawana. Special mention for Riazbhai during sand bashing as his driving skills are amazing ; one never felt any jerks in the safari. Regret not getting the Visa done directly thru Bhawana - the experience could have been far better ..........even though Rayna did sponsor the eVisas at the end.

Overall nice experience & Enjoyed every tour. Satisfied with the tour arrangements. Desert safari guide/Driver was very good.

Thank you for providing us an excellent service and we had really enjoyed all the tour programs (Dubai City Tour, Dhow Cruise & Desert Safari). I have a small suggestion that the Dubai City Tour would have little leisure time to have some refreshments in between. Or otherwise you can provide snacks & beverages by yourself and charge it from us, as we were very exhausted after 2 hours. Otherwise everything were fantastic & our guests were seen very excited & enjoying throughout the programs. And finally, I can't conclude without mentioning the fantastic support & help from our Tour Adviser Mr. Jatin.

Had a wonderful experience with the Ryna people in dubai, their services was wonderful (espl. Amzad). We stayed at Four Point Shereton (Sheikh Zayed Road) which was just beside Burj Khalifa, the metro connectivity from dere was very good. The first day they took us to the Mall of Emirates where we went to Ski Dubai... was an amazing experience at -2 Degree along with different rides. Next we went for Half Day City tour in which we covered a lot of places in Dubai ( which else we would never thought of planning )(didn't like the guide person). Finally we went for Desert Safari in 4x4 Land Cruiser.. the ride was just awsome, post that there was belly dance and Thanurra dance in their camp followed by a BBQ Diiner. Also got the chance to ride desert bike and did.camel ride. Altogether a great experience all thanks to Amzad.

I had a great experience with the cruise along Marina waters and had used Rayna tours for booking my family and I in that tour. I had a very pleasant experience from the moment I made a call to their sales Department till I offboarded the dhow in Marina. We had a good safari trip. Our driver Nabi picked us on time from the hotel and brought us to the desert. The way There and back he showed us the area und Gave us some information about the places we passed on. We booked the quad ride which was so much fun and an extraordinary experience. First of all I would like to mention all good things and mostly were good only Car : very nice clean and almost new condition Driver : Nasir : he was excellent . Very informative and gave us a good time . He was friendly and nice guy Venue : all clean and nice Entertainment : all good Not so good It was not clear that they will ask money to get photos clicked ( by own ) in Arabic dress . We biked quad bike for 3 . It was a joke as they give you a very tiny quad bike 150cc they say but you are aloes to move in small circle one after another . It seems a kids play . Good : I shown my concern to guy on counter he was not helpful . Nasir my driver was more better person who understood custimer service more than guy in camp . So Nasir suggested to upgrade to 1000 cc 4 seater quad bike which we can ride and take out in desert driving ourself following one of their guys . So I booked it but then we had to wait so long to and when they got it then they gave to someone else . So this issue was raised to manager on site who understood cusyomer service and immediately understood I am not happy there . He gave us two bigger quad bikes 2 seater each instead if 4 seater .so that we don't have to wait anymore . This was good that manager was conceded that our experience shall be good over all and we shall not go unhappy . But if this would have not gone to manager I would have been unsatisfied with guy I counter who was managing the quad bike allocation / taking money for rides or upgrades . I am glad in end I loved my expensive on that dune bike 1000cc although that was 1000 AED I think after riding I forgot how expensive that was . Food : I would say was average Not good part in food was that for non veg I felt standing in queue as like begging for two piece chicken . They can put more people for non veg counter who was giving two piece some ties only one piece of chicken himself to people thinking they might take more . That part felt little cheap expensive to me . But overall experience was good . I will recommend people this company and warn them not to book small quad bike at all and only take big ones if they can afford . My suggestion to Ryana tour is that they shall say clearly what all options are on quad bike as normall customer don't understand difference in 150 cc vs 1000 cc until you say that you have bigger cc available and what is the price . While booking this was not clear to me Your service was great when booking . Very prompt in answering . Even after booking following up was good too . Just with small Improvments you can be very good . Only reason of giving 4 start not 5 was quad bike information was not clear but camp manager did perfect job for us and made us happy so the stars went up for. 3 to 4 . Nasir was excellent so he saved things too . Just little bad experience on food in non veg section and better communication on quad bike 150 vs higher options available or keeping better staff on reception of bike rides to speak to customer nicely and be helpful , would have given 5 stars to you guys But this is not discouraging as I feel you have most of the staff as 5 star as I can see the main Managment of this company want to provide good customer service . This small things can happen as far as they read all reviews and act on it Over all you guys are doing good job
