Mr Wafa Abbas was very helpful in arranging our desert safari ride at Dubai, in booking tickets for Dubai Dolphinarium and Global Village.

They lied to me about a visa application and cost me double what I would've paid if I applied directly. They don't seem to be updated with Dubai immigration updates and apparently my passport is on ban list and despite that they said you can apply and made me pay for no a straight rejection ! Unprofessional way of making money Very disappointing and will never deal with them again !

We were booked on a tour that did not exist, walked a long distance to get to supposed starting point and were told 20 minutes before scheduled brunch cruise that it wasn't operating. Sent requested information including messages involved and never heard back from Rayna. We will be coming back to Dubai for a month this year but certainly won't use Rayna Tours and have advised others not to either

We had a great experience with the drivers that picked up our family,they were very accommodating given we had young kids. Also,we were given a good brief throughout the drive and what to expect. We enjoyed the dune bashing, ATV drive and camp. I would highly recommend booking with them. Specially the respect and personal touch we got from Ater, Dilawar and Zain Cheema though they were driving the SUV's but would not say only drivers as they were the good host, guide and care taker of my whole family. We had an opportunity to take a boat ride for 2 hours on 45 ft boat at Dubai harbor. A stunning ride showing beauty of Dubai From the water.The ride was excellent mainly because it was booked exclusively For my wife and myself.The music of our choice and serving of soft drinks while taking the excursion added an excellent touch to the whole trip.It began with Mr Ashok our tour guide picking up from our hotel 15 minutes earlier then the scheduled time.A 1 hour ride to the harbor Went so quickly due to Mr Ashok sharing the information regarding how Dubai transformed over a period of 15 years. His smooth talk and knowledge was amazing.A man who takes pride in serving the tourist also has a great sense of Humor.Once the boat ride ended the return trip was full of laughter and a great conversation.Once again Mr Ashok made it happen

Overall the experience was GOOD. I am going to break down my experience from start to finish below. My affiliation with Rayna started when I put an inquiry about the tour. Right there I had a bad impression, e-mail communication not good, not timely. I had to do multiple follow ups to receive visa (apparently they applied for visa only after I sent a follow up). Then I did not receive any details about travel itinerary until I followed up multiple times. Next phase was after landing in Dubai airport. There were couple guys waiting for me holding pluck card with my name on it. They made sure I am getting a personalised hotel drop from airport. That was a good experience. Special mention to Toseef Ghaffar. Then we reached hotel. Hotel was satisfactory. Value for money. From here onwards there was good communication going on. Timely update on WhatsApp about plan, driver details so on. Then we had cruise dinner. Was a good experience. Food was great. Special mention to Chalaka. Driver who picked and dropped us was not friendly though. Then we had Dubai Frame visit- Satisfied Later same day we had Desert Safari - Very nice experience. We had desert safari followed by camel ride and dinner with delightful performances. Special mention to Irfan Iqbal. Next day was Dubai city tour. Very well organised and kind guides. Special mention to Waqar Khan and Savio. We de-boarded the city tour bus at Dubai mall and spent time at the mall. Visited aquarium and caught up the Dubai fountain show. Unfortunately Rayna could not arrange drop back to hotel that night for us. Next day was Bhurj Khalifa. We were given tickets to 125th floor. Rayna could have given us options about 125th or 158th floor. I could have paid the difference. Instead they just booked 125th and gave us the tickets. The driver who dropped us for this mentioned that the tickets were for 5'o clock however the tickets were actually for 7.30. This resulted in me and my senior citizen parents waiting at the entrance for 15 - 20 minutes. Lucky for me, the on-duty manager came down, asked me some details and let us in. Finally airport drop. Personalised airport drop. On time and friendly driver Waqar Ali Ziarat So once again Rayna is worth it. They just need to hire some guys who are responsible and good in communication.

Last day we have whole day vehicle And driver was such a good person Zeeshan Ayub gave us good information about Dubai.

Mr.Rahat has escorted us through Abu Dhabi trip. We are amazed by very calm and composed nature of Rahat bhai. Through out the trip he has been very informative, sincere and helpful. Great to had him for making our trip memories.

The Love Boat is comfortable for 10 of us. Its captain was expert and gave us amazing time in the waters by controlling the speed of boat and performing spins and turns.

Had a very good welcome at the Dubai airport and Mr. Ater took us to our hotel. On the way he showed us the landmarks of Dubai. He was very friendly and courteous.

The Love Boat was clean and sanitized. The crew and the captain were very friendly. We were given life jackets and safety instructions. When the boat left the boarding point and reached the middle of the sea, the views that surrounded the coastline literally made us fall in love with Dubai.

I have booked Love Boats Dubai for 90 Minutes by Ozair Hussain Khalid in Hampton by Hilton on 25 Dec 2020. He gave me discount of AED 10 per person also. Although we could have got at least AED 50 from Love Boats on the spot, but we were not aware. I and my mom thoroughly enjoyed it.

Wow what an experience we had on the Love boat excursion. We booked with Jantin at the jumeriah zabeel saray hotel. Jantin was so helpful, caring and knowledgeable bout all the excursions available. We had booked Speed Boat ride with Rayna Tours Deepak Tejwani desk manager at Arabian Courtyard. Though the ride started late, due delay in arrival of two pax, we had a great speed boat ride starting from Marina to Hotel Atlantis, to Palm Jumeirah,to Burj Al Arab and back. A newly wed couple on the boat prevented the captain from giving us an ultimate experience. Barring this the build of the boat was sturdy and the tour guide cum captain did his best for giving us the right experience. The captain provided us safety jackets and deposited our belongings in the storage beneath our seats. Request to Rayna Tours to inform the tourists enrolling for speed boat tour about the level of experience of the ride, so that people getting scared of speed & waves don't take this tour.

Initially our experience on first day went on toss but Rayna coordinator Dubai made our tour with their support, a awesome journey to Dubai. Two guys from Rayna coordinator - Rahul and Humanshu supported and arranged things as per us. Thanks to Azoz Ali (desert safari guide) made our trip more awesome with his way of talking / expert in dune bashing / guided with everything related to desert Safari. Last but not least, awesome desert safari customer experience with this man (Azoz Ali) I will give 11 on 10 to desert Safari tour bcoz of no other than our guide. The driver shabiaz took us in very a road trip the desert. Good experiences with sensations. Then in the camp several foods choices. Shows are what we was expecting. This is something to experiment.

it is necessary to be drived during your first day at Dubai by a tour operator to discovery almost all secrets of Dubai. Afterwards you may explore better by yourselves the main activities and places.

rayna tours made a gr8 arrangement for all our dubai attractions. ashish shomvanshi from pune provided the best rate for the group. from visas to our land package all were done with ease. and the perfection of timings there was absolutely gr8. only 1 thing whic went wrong was dolphinarium show timing. it had to be done in morning but later it was shifted in evening the only thing i felt as cons. overall i enjoyed a lot.

My sister and i recently travelled to dubai. There were lots of places to see. using rayna tours for our day tour was totally worth it. It made it less tedious, more organised and more interesting. Our guide Mohammed was the best!

We were recommended to use Rayna Tours by our hotel as we only had a very limited time in Dubai and we wanted to see as much as possible. Our tour started early afternoon and continued until about 8.30pm which suited us just fine. The tour guide was amazing and we saw all the places that are so much a part of the Dubai legend. We ended the tour at Dubai Mall as we could then make our own way back to our hotel - however if needed the tour would have taken us back. We would certainly recommend Rayna for day tours & we would use them again if in Dubai.
