Great service. All the drivers were very polite and accommodating. Some went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. Special mention to Samsher Sabir, Faizan, Asif Ali and Toseef Ghafar. Please note that during the peak season, it would have been great if we could have started earlier and avoided waiting in long queues at the venues. Overall, would recommend you guys to friends and family.

In early January, our family flew to Dubai. One of our family members did not have an entry visa. We were detained in the transit area awaiting a visa, but an express visa could not be obtained at the airport itself. We were given the phone number of the travel company Rayna Tours (Dubai). We contacted Mr. Sadique Logde and asked to do an express visa. Despite Sunday afternoon, Mr. Sadique Logde managed to obtain an electronic visa for us to enter the UAE within 2-3 hours. there are few things that i want to say about this khaleej cruise, first thing that we are happy that we are going for dinner for the first time on floating restaurant in dubai, but our happiness that couldn't say till last , there were nothing was comfortable, even we have to share the table, actually i have no problem to share but it was very conjugated,there was one staff his name is bilal, i order a tea for me, but till the end of the cruise, i have not received that tea, when i asked where is my tea, he said sorry maan, but the cruise is finidhed, this ia not the way to treat a people, seriously that night i was very unhappy, excepted something, happened something

I was served by Mr. Himanshu who was of great help. The process was very straight forward. I paid for a tourist visa for two, submitted the requested documents and in three days i had my visa. I was on business trip to dubai and i have one day spare. I and my friend booked a desert safari from rayna tours at hotel desk in coral diera. I really enjoyed the dune bashing which is one of a kind experience. Food was ok but there was plenty other things to do. Belly dance and other dance show (can't remember the name) was cool. Really enjoyed it alot. Thanks to Ahmad at hotel desk who recommend us this amazing tour.

I sent my Parents to dubai with Rayna and I gotta say I made the right choice. The details were planned according to our ease and there was flexibility for changes in the itinerary even during the tour which was great. The Property provided was great and very near to Meena Bazaar so food was never an issue. Would defiantly recommend.
