As for the trip The travel was smooth, transports were good. It was a little over an hour and a half but it was a pleasant bus transfer. The boat felt exotic as with the food. We had organized a Full day Dibba Musandam trip through Rayna Tours and I must say it was organized very well. Whatever was promised to us was delivered. Value for money. Fully satisfied and Happy..

I took combo deals for Full Explore Dubai City Tour + Dhow Cruise Marina + Desert Safari (yellow dunes) & Abu Dhabi Tour + Musandam Dibba Tour and also got tickets booked for Burj Khalifa ATT & Aquarium - Underwater Zoo (Explorer experience) through Mohammed Fazal – Rayna Tours at Hyatt Place (Al Rigga). I enjoyed the tours with my family though there were reshuffling of tours due to bad weather. We could have enjoyed it more had there been good weather during the dhow cruise and desert safari. The only concern was I had to do too much of follow-up with Fazal on every aspect starting from getting quotation to scheduling & rescheduling the tours & ensuring timely interlinked pick-up (for my family for dhow cruise). Either I was too much proactive or he was too much occupied that he could not revert to me in advance most of the time!!! So, I would advise him to improve his timeliness of responding to his customers. Overall, it was a good choice for me to choose Rayna Tours through Mohammed Fazal. Thank you!

Thank you Hafiz ur Rehman for advising me on the 4 tours I took when i stayed at the hotel last week. 1. I was very pleased with the Dubai City tour I took last Monday 27th February with Aziz as the group’s Guide. he was very helpful, informative and considerate whilst leading our even with some who were not respectful of the need to keep to the the time slots he had given us. Frankly i may well have not been as tolerant as he was in that regard. Good value and a fine introduction to those visiting Dubai for the first time 2. Oman Musandam on 28th February - this was good and again a very thoughtful and considerate guide 3. Al Ain Tour on 1st March - a good trip, helpful giude once again. 4. Morning Safari on 2nd March - I think this one needs more time to be given to the Dune driving. After the break at the desert event location we merely drove back to Dubai. I think a further 20-30 minutes of Dune ‘busting’ should have been included to make this a fair tour. To my mind it was poor value & I would not recommend it to others unless more dune driving was added. Many thanks Dr Michael Walton

Dear Shankar B Jaiswal, The Abu Dabhi escursion was fine, although the guide left us little time for visits. In the mosque we had to make the visit very fast. The excursion to Oman was fabulous. All perfect. Time enough for everything to be on the beach, diving, fishing and the boat were very comfortable.
