BBQ and the show in the camp was alright. Transport was really bad, I am 1,89cm and the put me and my wife in the back where is not enough room for me plus was a bad smell of petrol that made my wife to throw up. I asked to change the car or have a solution, but nothing. All the activities cost, even if they advertise as included. I wouldn't recommend this travel agency. We had a bad experience!

Booking Reference No: RT-2712202517002879 I had a very disappointing and distressing experience with Rayna Tours and Travels. I booked a Premium Desert Safari with private transfer for 6 adults and 2 children, specifically requesting a commercial Land Cruiser, which was clearly confirmed via recorded calls and their official WhatsApp. Despite this, Rayna Tours sent non-commercial vehicles (Land Cruiser Prado and Toyota Fortuner). When questioned, the driver confirmed he did not have a commercial vehicle license, which is against UAE regulations and extremely unsafe, especially while traveling with children. At the desert camp, the situation worsened. The staff claimed I had only a normal booking, forcing me into an argument despite having proof of a premium package. Their behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional”they raised their voices, shouted, and formed a group around me, which was intimidating and unacceptable for a family environment. After the program ended, my family was made to wait until 11:00 PM for return transportation, causing further inconvenience and distress. This experience involved misrepresentation, safety risks, rude behavior, and poor customer handling. I have raised an official complaint with the UAE Consumer Protection Forum. I have already registered a complaint with the UAE Consumer Protection Forum against Rayna Tours. I strongly advise travelers, especially families, to think twice before booking with Rayna Tours.

Our Dubai Desert Safari was absolutely phenomenal, thanks to our exceptional tour guide, Adnan Sabir! From start to finish, the experience was flawless. Adnan was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about sharing the beauty and culture of the desert. He made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the adventure, whether we were dune bashing, riding camels, or taking in the breathtaking sunset views. His storytelling brought the desert to life, and his attention to detail made every moment feel special. The evening camp experience”complete with delicious food, entertainment, and an unforgettable atmosphere”was made even better by Adnan's thoughtful guidance and warm hospitality. This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we are so grateful for Adnan's outstanding service. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Dubai”we would book again in a heartbeat!

This is my third time taking Rayna's 4x4 desert tour with dinner. I always love it because the service is impeccable and the customer service is excellent. Our driver this time was Muhammad Usman Ali, very attentive and concerned, and he drove very well through the dunes. The day was incredible. Thank you!

We recently visited Dubai with family and friends for a games festival. Our festival coordinators had negotiated special discounted pricing with different tour operators for excursions/tours - one of the operators being Rayna Tours. I reached out via their website and sent a WhatsApp message. I received a response from Yuvraj (a Rayna Tours Travel Consultant). I was provided pricing for the Premium Desert Safari which I was told was 180 AED per person (the discounted price). I also asked about doing the ATV/Quad Bike rides and was told that it would be 120/140 AED for 30 minutes. Since there were 9 of us, we were not sure if all of us would be doing the ATVs, so I asked if I could book the ATVs during the Safari and was told I could. Due to the information provided, I went ahead to book the Premium Desert Safari believing that Rayna Tours was a reputable company but that turned out to be not the case. Once on the Safari, we were first taken by Rayna Tours drivers to their store, which is also where the ATVs were. However at the location, we were told the price was 500 AED - more than 4 times what I had been quoted!! Even showing their representatives messages from Yuvraj, with the pricing he had indicated did not help. They were unable to reach him on the number he had provided when attempting to call him. They did not believe he was a Rayna Tours employee but one of their agents (which was surprising since the booking email showed his email being from a Rayna Tours email address). At the time I also reached out to Yuvraj (via WhatsApp) and he indicated that he would investigate with his team which never happened. (That was back in July and still have not heard from him). He was very quick, though, when it came to taking the payment for the Safari! Since it was getting late - the Safari vehicle drivers stated we had to leave to do the Dune Bashing and take the sunset photos. They were not even going to let us do the Camel rides until we persisted and even then, they rushed us through the ride. In addition to not being able to do the ATV rides, we also did not get to do the Sand Boarding/Surfing. During the Dune Bashing the driver of the vehicle that our kids were in, was constantly on his phone (Texting/WhatsApp), which was very unsafe and unprofessional. We were all very disappointed with the so called Premium Desert Safari and Rayna Tours representative's behaviour as well as lack of willingness to help. Just as reference, some of our other friends who booked with a different company via Expedia and paid less, had a much better experience and were able to do all the activities (Sand surfing, ATV, Camel Ride etc). After returning home from Dubai, I reached out to Rayna Tours through their Feedback email address. I got the standard auto-response indicating customer complaints/queries are their priority, however it's been over 2 weeks with no further communication. Just goes to show they do NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS - just quick at taking your money. I do not recommend you book anything from this company - stay away from Rayna Tours!

First, I have to thank Mr. Wafa Abbas, who organized everything flawlessly. He paid attention to the smallest details and ensured the entire schedule flowed effortlessly. His professionalism made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable from the very beginning. The safari itself was led by Malik, our driver and guide, and he was nothing short of excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced, he made the dune bashing ride both thrilling and safe. His calm and confident approach gave us peace of mind while we had the time of our lives tearing across the desert. The stop at Rayna Desert Camp was a real surprise”it wasn't just a break in the tour; it was a full-on cultural experience. Camel rides, henna art, local crafts, and live entertainment all added to the atmosphere. Everything felt organized, welcoming, and true to the spirit of the region. As the sun set, the evening show kicked off with fantastic performances and a great vibe. The food was just as impressive”plenty of options, well-prepared, and satisfying. It really felt like a VIP experience all the way through. For anyone considering a desert safari in Dubai, I can't recommend this one enough. Rayna Tours delivers top-tier service, and every part of the experience reflects that. Special thanks again to Mr. Abbas and the entire team for making this adventure unforgettable.

Amazing desert safari! Very well organised and special thanks to our fantastic guide and driver Sunil. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

We booked an Evening premium desert safari. The pickup from the hotel was 15 minutes later than the scheduled time. The booked the premium safari thinking that we will be provided the best service. The driver we got couldn't speak English clearly and we couldn't understand any bit. And most annoying thing was that driver didn't have a license for desert driving. So our drivers were changed 4 times during the trip to which we have to wait for each driver. As I have seen the videos of the safari, we had to advise the driver what to do next than the driver guides us. The complementary camel ride at the camp was a disaster as there was no staff member to check the queue and people pushing and pulling and fighting to get there chance. Next when we ask our driver to take us to sunset photos he said us to climb the mountain by foot rather than drive us there. Somehow after arguing we got our ride and we saw all the other drivers help their customers to take good photos and we were left alone while our driver was chatting with other staff at the camp. When we arrived back to camp, our seats which were close to the stage was changed to back and when we questioned on it a camp staff member who was really rude asked us a photo of the table which was really unprofessional. That staff member was rude to us. This was our experience at a PREMIUM evening desert safari and I really regret about the service I got for the money I paid. Will never use Rayna Tours for my future trips.

We booked the Premium Desert Safari with Private Majlis with Rayna Tours at their desk in Sofitel Downtown Dubai, and it was a highlight of our stay. Our driver and guide for the evening, Ghulam Mustafa provided great commentary and conversation during drive out to and through the desert. While unable to partake in dune bashing, it was clear many were enjoying this activity. We were able to get close up with a harrier and try riding a camel at Rana's camp. Having opted for the Private Majlis, the private air-conditioned chalet was a welcome respite from the desert sun. Later our group of 4 were served at our own table a veritable feast of local cuisine, frankly much too much food, but we enjoyed what we could eat, Kumar and the team, made sure of that, looking after us very well, and the entertainment from belly, traditional, and fire dancers, great fun.

Not happy Then at 5 we went dune bashing Well not anything like the last dune bashing trips I've done Very poor Cars so close together!! Hardly big dunes and soft sands !! Like I've done before Think previously with Arabian adventures Very disappointing as not thrilling as always Then we went to sunset The driver calling us back to the car 10 mins before sunset. We were all annoyed so said we want to stay till sunset Again we have always watched till the sun has gone down on very high sand dunes. I think this is a very different area with not much to offer Then to the food and entertainment Seating crammed Food all cold Entertainment was good especially the fire Overall I don't recommend this tour operator

I had booked through Headout. They offer two packages . I would suggest choosing premium package with premium seating. Overall it was good and well managed.

It’s not the desert scenery that we expect I would expected to go in desert, dune bashing, but we were taken a short ride in so called desert, wich was in fact near the main road. It wasn’t that landscape that you expect, just desert where you look, and big dunes. Otherwise we liked very much the show that they offer there. The location was very nice, the food excelent. The best of the show was the fire show

What went wrong “ The diver arrived for pick up at the different hotel, when he realized the mistake and picked up us from the hotel, it was already late, as a result, we missed 2 important attractions of this trip. ¢ We missed photoshoot on the mid of desert ¢ We missed photoshoot of sun set However, he stopped closed to the dinner area for photoshoot, but we missed the spectacular view of desert due to lack of enough light. Ended with nice program and dinner. Chicken was not good / fresh, not sure if anyone complained about this or not.

PATHETIC TOUR OPERATOR! I had booked Premium Desert safari for 31st Dec and I had to cancel it. They confirmed that they will process the refund after 14 days. I sent them several emails & WA and they are not responding them back. They are liars. It's mentioned on their site that in case of cancellation the funds would be refunded and I had informed me much before time. ull day full of fun We had a great morning on the city tour with plenty of photo opportunities. Following a delicious lunch we were taken out to the dunes for the safari. From quads to car to camel they had it all.Evening dinner was plentiful but the entertainment was disappointing with nothing to write about Overall a great day though

We went for safari, visited a traditional shop, went for a short ride with a camel and then attended a six phase show. The safari driver was excellent and took care of us during the whole period he was with us. He gave us complete instructions and was very polite.

Desert Safari From start to finish it was a great experience. I did my booking through Rayna Tours and the lovely Sahil Shabarwal organised all the things myself and family wanted to do. We had a great time at the desert safari it was amazing and dhow cruise was great too. I would recommend doing these two things. I look forward to booking again for other experiences in the future.

The drive in the dunes of the desert was great and we had laughed so much, thanks to our driver Aqeel Shah who had everything under control. He guided us safely and competently through the whole afternoon/evening and had a great knowledge of Dubai. The camp in the desert was clean, the food tasty.

Sensational Desert Excursion This experience was incredible. All of the experiences were enjoyable and created lifelong memories. I especially enjoyed the Falconry show. Malik was our guide and driver. He was extremely courteous, punctual, and a wealth of knowledge about all things Dubai.

Desert safari with dinner The dune ride was amazing and not too hectic as we had small kids in the car. Our driver Waqar was very knowledgeable and gave us tips on how to make the most of our trip in Dubai. We then had a nice evening under the Dubai sky filled with food and entertainment. Good your company I did safari drive bashing tour which included dinner and show. Driver very experienced, good communication with company regarding pickup time. Enjoyed camel ride and dinner show. Fire dancer best I have ever seen. Was simply amazing. Would have liked a little more info on history, types of dances, how they come about etc. all in all lovely night out which is completely guided.

The overall experience was great. Rutuja kshirsagar was very helpful throughout. She helped me with the bookings of not just the desert safari but other things in Dubai.

Dune Desert Safari ! Even Alone ... But You Are Not Lonely The price is reasonable, I chose for shared-premium package, which my table was just beside the stage. The salesperson, coordinator and the driver are very well prepared. The dune driving was very amazing and incredible. I also experienced riding on a camel. Before the buffet dinner, we went to see the sunset. The buffet dinner is wonderful. You will never be disappointed for choosing Rayna Tours.

During my short stay at Hyatte Al Rigga with my daughters I met Wafa Abbas at the tours desk ,³who very patiently explained all the tour packages they had to offer and depending on our time constraints we selected the evening dessert Safari which was a great experience and delivered to all expectations. Sehr schöne Wüstetnour mit guten Guide Wir wurden um 15.30 von unserem Hotel von einem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Guide abgeholt. Der uns dann in einer Stunde in die Wüste brachte. Klar wird einem sehr viel von den Händlern angeboten und vieles kostet extra. Es wird einem aber auch ohne Extrakosten viel geboten. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Wüste, mit sehr leckeren Essen und freundlichen Mitarbeitern dort

In Dubai, my parents had an amazing experience. Since it was my parents' first time traveling abroad, I organized a vacation for them. I'm happy to have met MR. WAFA ABBAS from Rayna Tours who helped me arrange a hassle-free itinerary for them. He is, I must add, modest and a TRAVEL GURU. The tours had very affordable costs, and Wafa (travel guru) was aware that my parents are older and that I was traveling with them. He booked all the activities for us like Ski Dubai, Desert Safari, Visit to Burj Khalifa, The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Aquarium , Dolphin Show, Museum of The Future , Dubai Frame and many more. Because of his excellent experience, Mr. Wafa Abbas ensured that my parents would not experience any inconveniences. He saw to it that we received prompt service, a spotless car, and a courteous Pilot -Mustafa for Desert Safari. We had an amazing experience in the desert with Mustafa, who was really amiable and humorous. Dune bashing was first, followed by a photo break, dinner inside the camp, and then the shows and entertainment began. For example, the fire show and belly dance were amazing! I booked my trip to Desert Safari from Mr. Wafa Abbas from Rayna. As an advisor, he was tremendously amazing beyond expectations. The overall experience of the tour was very good. Loved the way everything was so perfect from the pickup car to getting seated in the camp area and enjoying all the shows. The quality of each and everything of the trip, including the car which picked us from the hotel and dropped us back was excellent. The best part was how comfortable the trip became for us. It became one of the best places to go with your family and friends to chill and get your mind diverted. It’s a must visit place especially when you have such an incredible advisor like Mr. Wafa Abbas. He is truly a professional one.

Enjoyed every minute!! Buggy,dune bashing, delicious food, henna tattoo, drinks, great entertainment Staff could be friendlier however as we are paying guests on holiday. They never once smiled or looked happy in there jobs nor made us feel welcome.

Muhammad Sajjad our driver was very friendly and experienced. We really enjoyed the desert safari and the buffet dinner was exemplary. The only downside we faced was the price of coffee at the restaurant. 40 dirham for a cup is excessive. Otherwise the timing and experience was executed to perfection.

Would like to point out his knowledge of the country, interesting comments, attention to the customers, responsiveness and excellent driving skills. He was always at the right place at the right point in time, we never felt abandoned and could feel his support all the time.

Brilliant tour, once in a lifetime experience with driving through the dunes, great food and a nice show. We had a lot of fun with our guide Haroon Khan, who drove us with his great driving skills and who took beautiful pictures of us and made sure that we enjoy every second of this experience. Rayna tours have been so professional and patient. Ayush booked us the dhow cruise, half day Dubai city tour, Burj Khalifa experience and the desert safari; he was very helpful and gave us sound advice from start to finish! Each experience was well planned and meticulous. Our tour guide, Hammad was very knowledgable and gave us a very informative commentary during the Dubai tour experience. Our dune bashing driver, Irfan Haider was friendly and an excellent driver. He played some amazing music throughout dune bashing, making the experience even more thrilling! I would highly recommend Rayna tours and would definitely use them again.

This is a must when you visit Dubai! The tour company Rayna is the best! Our guide Haroon Khan was very helpful, get extra length to make live the experience at full: the car was spotless, we were 6 people but plenty of space inside. He put the music make the ride on desert fun and exciting. We took pictures and he show us tricks how to have different and funny pictures. The show and the food amazing. We enjoy every second of the 6 hours experience: from Atv ride, picture with the falcon, pictures with sunset, food, drinks, henna, Sheisa. EVERYTHING was amazing. I highly recommend a tour with their standard bc while you are there are other companies( I don’t know what they offer) but our meet and exceed our expectations!

We took the desert excursion, and despite the reviews, we didn't find the experience to be bad. The food was good, they had a lot of variety, and there were unlimited soft drinks, water, and orange and mango juices. The shows were very good.

Earlier I was skeptical about which tour to book my desert safari with, bcoz there are so many options available. My aunt suggested Rayna tours and we went ahead with Rayna for its word of mouth. The money they charge for the ride is totally worth it. It’s a very good option for people vegetarian food preferences. The entertainment shows were too good, couldn’t move our eyes away from the dancers. I’d suggest you to pre plan the additional paid activities you want to do, because it can get difficult to accommodate all the activities and the sunset. Rana uncle, our safari driver, was very gentle with us and we had a good time in the dune bashing too! Kudos to team Rayna❤️

The main person who made it wonderful was our expirienced and amazing driver, The one and only Mr. Sarmad Afridi, who drove through the desert dunes like a champ. Sarmad knows his way through the desert like he was born there. On top of that, he has a friendly demeanor and always assited us with any request we made. Secondly, the camp was amazing. From the food to the dancers to the fire man, all were amazing. The food was very delicious and the buffet very clean with a wide variety of food to choose from. Your toilets are clean and Raya Staff are always there to assist you with anything you may need. I highly recommend Rayna Tours for a wonderful and unforgettable desert tour always.

It was a super amazing day with our tour guide Adnan Saber. He’s a super good driver and he cared a lot about our safety while driving, especially since we visited the day after the Dubai storm. He also took amazing pictures on the sand dunes of me and my mom. The activities as well were super cool to do and the dinner was very delicious.

My wife and I had an extraordinary safari experience—worthy of more than five stars! Our guide, Sameer, picked us up from our hotel in a well-equipped Toyota 4WD. He was not only friendly and knowledgeable but also incredibly accommodating. Our adventure began with a thrilling drive through the desert, where Sameer skillfully maneuvered the vehicle down steep dunes at 45-degree angles and over dramatic drops—his driving was impeccable! The day continued with a series of cultural performances including belly dancing and fire dancing, complemented by delicious food and excellent hospitality in a breathtaking setting. We even enjoyed a brief camel ride. Before we knew it, it was time to return to the hotel. Overall, it was a remarkable day, offering great value for money. Rayna provided us with an excellent service with pickup at the said time (without delay), the car was clean without any issues of some sort. The driver Manoj was very nice and been helpful such as taking pictures, explaining us different things and prevented us to fall in tourist traps in the desert. Manoj also made sure we get a table right in front of the show. The only downside was the lack of options for the buffet but in overall we had a great time. Highly recomended

The safari was simply amazing! From the exciting jeep and quad rides to the relaxed camel ride to the scenic stops in the desert for photos - the variety of activities amazed us. Amazing experience in Desert It was an amazing experience. The camp, the food and the performances were outstanding. Mr Brown was very skillful in his driving. He was very friendly and humble person. Ednan Zabir, our tour driver agent, drove us superbly and professionally during the Safari ride while he accorded us respect and delight at the same time. His safety awareness is very noticeable as he always reminded us to buckle on our seats before we go through the dunes. It was a wonderful experience we had today at desert safari , as a group of 6 people. Particularly our tour guide Qadir baloch was really a key person who takes care of everyone and keeps us well engaged all the time throughout the trip. Overall it was a very good time we had and really worth it.

Very bad experience :(, . We were a family group of 6 who had travelled to Dubai for celebrating our new year. Rayna's inexperienced sales team completely messed it up for us. They shared a wrong menu and mentioned to us that limited alcohol is included in the package , on which we based our order confirmation. To our surprise we were offered a completely different menu with chargeable alcohol on board which was not at all satisfactory for us!!. Also we had booked for a birthday cake, which was booked very well in advance and paid completely, but they missed it and ruined our planned birthday celebration. There was no proper complaint registering facility nor the in charge persons had any decision making authority to address our grievances. We were asked to use the customer feedback WhatsApp group to register our complaint . We denied paying the alcohol charges on board and after much follow up and negotiation on next days we received a mere 15% discount & cake cost which in no way covered the inconvenience and disappointment we faced on a new year with our family, friends and kids. It seems they are operating many things at same time and the team is overloaded to attend properly.

It was one of the best and memorable experiences of my Dubai trip. Mr Brown was our guide and driver. He is an excellent driver and great communication skills. He showed us around, explained everything and was courteous to ensure we all were comfortable. He has a great sense of humor. He gave us all the relevant information and made sure we enjoyed the desert safari to the fullest. I highly recommend Mr Brown to other visitors.

An amazing experience, an extraordinary opportunity to discover Arabia beyond the skyscrapers of Dubai. A happy combination of the old (camel ride 🐪) and the new (4x4 tour 🚘). Never been to a desert safari, but BOY this was nothing less than you could have asked for. Kudos to our safari guide and driver Zafar Gopang, could not have asked for a better companion than him! We went as a group of 12 today with a So called Vip package experience. I have experienced desert safari atleat 15 times but this was below my expectations as the driver makes ur experience. Rayna used a 3rd party provider and not their team member or vehicle, which spoilt our experience. Ghulam Nabi was the driver who hardly spoke English played punjab songs of his choice, took us for an ATV area first instead of using the time for dune bashing as they get a cut for doing so. He was reminded many times to not use his phone while driving, hardly did 15 mins of dune bashing and then the tyre of the vehicle came out, wasted 15 mins fixing it, took us to a crowded place for sunset and then said its time to go to the camp. When we came to the camp, our tables were not arranged for 12 ppl. Only saving grace for the 1 star was the camp and food. To put henna, the lady was asking for aed 30 when it was free as she said she was done for the day. There were 5 camels for 200 ppl. We almost hit a car as the driver was not concentrating on the road. It seemed that the RAYNA vehicles and staff in theor uniform were reserved for other bugger groups. You have many other tour companies to choose from.

The Safari was so fun! We loved it, and Ikram is super nice! He's driving skill is impressive we enjoyed it a lot! The Bally dance was nice too! I love this experience!

First of all, the experience was bad. There is a long queue to get in the place. There is a long wait at certain rides let's say, 1hr 45mins. Secondly, when they took a photo and when we went to buy it. They did not mention, whether we want the photo in frame, mug or magnet. It was a surprise after the park you are given a photo in a frame. When asked, I want a refund. They could not, and said, sorry I can't give you a refund but there were others said, yes you can get it. There are staff members do not know the policy. Which is you can't refund a photo. So, please think before buying a photo. Some of the staff members were rude and don't listen. The best part, was eating at the burger place. The food was delicious. That's why I gave 1 star.

The car come on time we collect other guests and went to desert, our driver Safari guide Ghulam sabir was quite kind and outgoing. Safari experience was quite excellent and exited.

The experience is unforgettable. The camp was clean, the food was good and the performances were nice. Dilawar Cheema was amazing! He is such a good driver and was very punctual. He ensured we were taken good care off and showed us where everything in the camp was. He also took very nice pictures of us in the dunes and these will be kept forever. Today was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. I enjoyed the Safari experience with my family. Both the two teenagers and the child, and also my wife loved the trip. We enjoyed a traditional dinner, also the atmosphere with dancers and music was so captivating and interesting. We also tried riding the camels, the kids loved it. We also had an amazing Safari Guide, named Nabi, he was so nice and fun, very friendly. I have had many interesting conversations with him on our way to and back of the camp. He was more than we could even think of. We highly recommend the Safari experience!
