We toured Dubai from 31st of May and stayed in Four Points Bur Dubai. Within the hotel premise there is a travel help desk run by Rayna Tours. Although our initial plan was to use the local transportation to go around, since we travelled with my 5yr old son decided to look for a private drive to take us across Dubai covering all important tourist attractions. We approached Almas at the travel desk and she was very helpful. Was very patient to listen to our needs, explained each tour package and helped us to choose the right option. The booking was followed up and we got our car details promptly. Zeeshan Ayub who took us around in his neat car was knowledgeable and very friendly. He didn't hurry us anywhere.Every destination was will explained with it's historical references and he was kind enough to take our photographs :-) Overall a very pleasant experience and highly recommended during the hot summer season in Dubai esp when traveling with kids.

We arranged 5 day package with Rayna tours much in advance before visiting Dubai. Anant offshore coordinator was exceptional from day one, I was talking to him for almost 2 weeks carefully planning the trip. This was the only best part dealing with Rayna. After arriving Dubai things could have been much better: 1. Not proper coordination between onshore and offshore teams 2. Main WhatsApp number on website is non functional 3. Three out of the four days, we were at the mercy of drivers. Our global Village, ferrari World trip was big disappointed because of drivers, half way through the trip they started calling me as they had to go home. BE EXTRA CAREFUL AND FIX TIME WITH DRIVERS, SO THAT YOU ARE NOT DISSAPPOINTED in the middle of the trip. 4. The other day we were left stranded on the road with family as Rayna assigned another job while we were on cruise. Rayna doesn't tell you that driver is either 4 hours or 8 hours. We missed lot of shopping due to drivers which was biggest disappointment. I had to give 3 stars for this miscommunication. If you sort out this with tour operator then it deserves 5 star. 26/12 - Update - As requested i have now provided details of all drivers which were huge nuisance and with whom i had bad experience. I have also included WhatsApp communication screen prints as proof of my claim. please do respond and let me know what action you have taken.

Desert safari drive was an amazing experience that everyone should try whilst in Dubai. Rayna Tours didn't disappoint. Fawad is an amazing driver and gave us a great experience. I'll give 4 stars because the food and shisha were average and the prices for the alcohol were rediculous... But guess the latter is to be expected since Dubai is meant to be a dry state
