We went for Sunrize Safari with Muhammad Umar. He is very accurate with timings, provides very good service and is very knowledgeable. Dunebashing with him was a lot of fun and he is a very skillful driver. If you have an option, ask for Muhammad Umar to be your driver.

We had an amazing sunrise desert safari with Rayna Tours! Avi was our guide and was simply wonderful. He was punctual, kind, attentive and knowledgeable, and he did a great job catering to all of our needs. The safari was so much fun - absolutely beautiful views of the desert with the light of sunrise, thrilling dune bashing, and a lovely couple of hours at the Rayna Tours desert camp with dune boarding, camel rides, quad biking, sand art, and dates and tea/coffee. Our who family (including kids 7 and 9 years old) had a lovely time. We would highly recommend the tour and ,especially, Avi as your guide!

Avoid Booking with Rayna for Dubai! I recently booked a package with Rayna Tours, and my experience with the trip booking, service, and refund process was extremely disappointing. Positives: The tour services in Dubai were generally good. Drivers were punctual, and the vehicles provided by Rayna Tours were comfortable and well-maintained. However, each journey/activity involved different cars and drivers. Negatives: Unprofessional Service Team: After I made my payment and booked the package, the sales team (especially Mr. Jay and Pankaj from the Pune office) treated me terribly. Whenever I called for updates on my schedule or tickets, I was told they were either on a break or busy with more important tasks. This happened every time I reached out. Mr. Jay, in particular, was rude and had no sense of professionalism when dealing with customers. His superior, Pankaj, was polite but had no idea about the specifics of the packages or prices his team had quoted. Pankaj often gave vague responses, such as call back later, I'm working on it, and only finalized my itinerary 2-3 days before my flight, after I persistently chased him. Their overall attitude seemed to be not my problem. In short, the sales team was unprofessional, lazy, and inattentive. They lacked basic knowledge about the duration of activities, which activities could be combined, and how to schedule them. I had to step in and guide them using limited information from YouTube videos. When calling, especially on the landline, the team was often rude and dismissive. I'd rate their customer service a solid 0 out of 10. Payment and Billing Issues: Rayna Tours only accepts AED, not INR, which led to additional foreign currency charges that increased my total cost by around 4%. They were not transparent about the billing process, and the price was increased even after I removed a couple of expensive activities. Mr. Jay unexpectedly changed the quotation, and when I asked for clarification, they admitted it was his mistake due to incorrect calculations. After I completed the payment, I was informed that the Wonder Bus booking I had already paid for was unavailable due to maintenance. When I requested a refund, they only returned AED 930 instead of AED 1,290, claiming that children under 3 are free, despite their website stating that there is a charge for kids. They did not provide a breakdown of activity costs and used this to their advantage when deciding on the refund amount. The entire process was mentally exhausting, with me having to follow up with Pankaj for weeks. He made empty promises and missed deadlines. After a month of follow-ups, he finally refunded me AED 930. Conclusion: The entire experience was extremely frustrating and felt like I was begging for my own money. Mr. Jay, who has since left Rayna Tours, should have been fired much earlier. In one phone call, he even threatened me, saying, Stay quiet, or it will backfire on you. For a smooth and stress-free trip, avoid Rayna Tours at all costs. Don't fall for their trap. Tip: Consider booking directly through websites like Headout or Klook and use Careem taxis on your own. This will give you full control of your trip and avoid dealing with unprofessional companies like Rayna Tours. I made this mistake, but you don't have to.

If you're in Dubai, a Rayna Tours Desert Safari is a must.

Today we have driven with our Safari guide Dawood Khan, who is an amazing person. He drives very well and it makes fun to drive with him because he drives very carefully, but with a lot of action. Hamad Ur Rahman was our driver and picked us up promptly and drove us safely into the desert. The dune bashing was extremely fun but still felt safe. Hamad was helpful and kind and offered to take pictures for us. We then went over to the dune buggy department where we spent 30 exhilarating minutes following our guide. We had a quick camel ride which was perfect and we attempted sandboarding. Hamad safely took us back to our hotel. We had a great tour and highly recommend.

Definitely would recommend the sunrise safari as cooler part of the day. Sand bashing was not to be forgotten

It was a really great experience for our family for our recent trip to Dubai for 7D & 6N. Overall arrangement & service extended by Rayna Tours was excellent class from day one of our tour. All their staff are very friendly and customer centric with a smiling attitude. The activities included in the package was worthy and we enjoyed it a lot. The hotel (Movenpick) chosen by Rayna was excellent to stay with family and amenities provided by hotel are best in class. Main Coordinator/contact point Mr. Hrushikesh was amazing to help us to make our trip more memorable and comfortable. He has nicely handled all our queries and added on services. We are especially thankful for his help and outstanding coordination. Dubai Coordinator also nicely handled everything on time with more perfection. Our only suggestion is to improve quality of Dubai city tour (one day) with a stretched hours to cover all main locations comfortably to avoid hurry movement and in between one refreshment/food location can be added to eat lunch, which will add more quality to single day tour without any tiredness especially people travelling with kids. Also, Desert safari was not up to the level since we are not experienced any big dune bashing moments except few up & down location and Qud bike charged for AED 150 is useless which is not a good experience since we felt that ˜it was just for squeezing our money ˜ & not worth to purchase it and over all rating for Desert safari is ˜below Average ˜ including camel ride . The food also served during Desert safari is average quality only, even we did not get chance to take few good photos of desert is a really great missing part. Nice solo experience with the sunsire. I was on my own and the driver Sunil from India was really nice, offering to take pictures ajs showing me also the local farm, not the one for tourists. He also told me about the camel milk and he looked for it so that I could taste it. The car was really clean and he drove on the sand dunes making me laughing. He was a very good professional driver.

We did the Dubai Safari today and it was great. You definitely have to do it when you are in Dubai. We had the best driver and guide Nabi thanks again. The evening was also perfect with the shows in the camp.

The booking process was flawless, and we had to carry the booking voucher. Everything organized by Rayna Tours was without any glitch and there was no room for any sort of complaint.

Par le biais de notre hà´tel nous avons réservé ce Safari et nous n'avons pas été déà§u. Notre chauffeur Jafar était super et surtout trés bon conducteur. Le rdv à  l'Hotel était à  l'heure et pendant le transfert vers le site il nous a commenté ce qu'il y avait à  voir. Commence ensuite la 1ére séance de Dune Bashing qui était top mais un peu court. Ensuite arràªt au camp pour la promenade en Chameau . Cette promenade inclus dans le prix est fort décevante car elle dure 30 secondes montre en main si on voulait plus il fallait payer pour faire 15 minutes. Moment d'attente car il y en a qui ont fait du Quad. Ensuite on repart pour une 2éme séance de Dune Bashing et c'était extraordinaire il faut le dire cela est dà» notamment à  notre chauffeur Jafar qui est talentueux . Ensuite coucher de soleil au camp de base et là  le spectacle avec les 4 shows mais aussi le diner. Tout était top et les mets délicieux. Aprés le spectacle retour à  l'hotel aprés une journée bien fournie. Mis à  part le Camel Ride tout était top.

Looking at the rising sun scattering its lights on the golden sand dunes was a priceless experience. The tranquil, calm, and serene atmosphere of the desert melted our hearts. We lost no opportunity in capturing such a heart-warming image in our cameras. After having a good look at the beautiful sunrise view, we did our breakfast and got ready for some thrilling dune dashing activity in a powerful SUV. Whatever we have eaten got digested in no minutes since we screamed, laughed, and shouted at the top of our voice throughout the dune bashing. We need to say that the morning safari was an incredible experience for us.

When my wife insisted on going for a sunrise desert safari, I asked her if she was insane. I was particularly not interested in getting up so early just to view the sunrise. But since women have the talent to get what they want from their husbands, I had to book the safari. You won’t believe me, I literally thanked my wife for asking me to do it. I have never been an early riser in my lifetime. But this safari changed me for good. I loved the sunrise view. I realized why people are mad about seeing the rising sun. We enjoyed camel riding and dune bashing. We also clicked lots of photographs of the sunrise and the breathtaking desert landscape.

We took this private sunrise desert safari with Rayna Tours. Their driver was punctual and arrived at the scheduled time. On the way, he also gave us some interesting and useful insights into the culture, history, and lifestyle of Dubai. We don’t know whether the route selected for the safari was the only one, or it was deliberately chosen. Despite this, the journey was pleasing. Being early morning, there wasn’t any crowd and we got engaged in camel riding. In between, we also had a few stops to click photos of the magnificent view of the sunrise. Then, after having our breakfast, we headed for dune bashing. It was exciting and frightening at the same time. When the safari ended, we were escorted back to our hotel.

I wanted to give a surprise to my husband for our anniversary. So, I approached Rayna Tours for trying something adventurous. My husband is an adventure freak, so they suggested me to go for Sunrise safari as that could be a romantic and adventurous date too. After enjoying the sunrise safari, we headed for dune bashing. It was such an electrifying experience that me and my wife got Goosebumps. One should try this adventure at least once in their life.

The Rayna tour representatives were punctual are supportive during our whole tour. They had arranged things neatly for us in order to make us feel comfortable. They were patient enough to stop for our photo sessions as we did not want to miss capturing these beautiful memories.

It was my second last day in Dubai and I wasn’t quite sure what to do next. So, I decided to ask some of the locals who insisted to try out the sunrise safari of Dubai. I immediately called up Rayna Tours (since I had bought a different package) and they got me this package, which included sunrise safari along with dune bashing. I was so happy and never regretted because I got the chance to see the Dubai desert early in the morning with bright red and orange lights illuminating from the clouds was just magnificent. Also, later that same day I got a chance to get into a 4x4 SUV and went on a ride for dune bashing which was simply awesome. We stopped to take some pictures and after reaching a campsite we were offered morning refreshment. All in all, it was an awesome tour.

I have just returned from a 4 day visit to Dubai. Not having been before I sought the services of Rayna Tours to advise my friend and I what to do while we were there. The representative in our hotel was Hafiz. He took us through all the tours and explained everything to us. He was very patient and eventually we decided on the Burj Khalifa and Dessert Safari. Both tours were a great success. The dessert safari was particularly enjoyable especially the ride over the dunes. If you are ever staying at the Arab Courtyard Hotel in Dubai contact Hafiz. My family and I booked our travel through Rayna Tours. Rayna Tours were great. We dealt with Nousheer. He was most helpful and professional in providing information and guiding us on making the right choices for our tours. During our three day stay we did an half day city tour, the Dune Safari and the Marina Dhow Cruise. The tours were amazing, we simply loved all of it and had so much fun. We were fetched on time by Rayna Tours. Their guides were friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely book again with them for our next visit in Dubai. had i great trip , such a beautiful experience arranged by Auris Plaza albarsha .. everyone visiting DUBAI should Try it and yousef our guide man was more than helpful and kind, we definitely felt welcomed and glad that he is our guide.

We were quite excited to do the sunset safari as I had never been in the desert, but we were very deceived. First, Rayna Tours sent us an email on the day that we had to be ready at 2-2:30 in the lobby... and the driver only came at 3.20 without even apologising. 50mins into the journey, we arrived to a tourist trap where they try to sell you cheap souvenirs and food. It also had the quad rental place where you could rent an ATV or quad for about 15mins. We did not use it, but you could see that you were only able go on a gated field which was sooo used that the 'dunes' were flat. We noted several stranded vehicles on the field. Also, I had to wait in the queue for the female toilets for about 15mins, just to find no toilet paper or soap. Afterwards we started the dune safari, which was very fun but NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PEOPLE WITH MOTION SICKNESS. Two in the car (of 6) got very sick and started throwing up on the way. After 30mins of dune bashing, you get a 15/20 mins break to take pics of the sunset. The scenery was beautiful, though I must note that was quite a lot of litter laying around. Next were the dinner and show for about 1h30, but again it felt like a tourist trap full of people and everybody fighting for a table, food or drinks. The food was so so and the other things included 'free' (henna, camel ride, traditional costume pics) were not really worth it. The camel ride was about 30secs long in a circle on the parking lot, quite sad. We got back to Dubai at 8:30, regretting our choice. We felt we lost half a day that we would have better used somewhere else. I think the experience is only worth it if you spend a little more money another tour operator. Otherwise, skip.

We booked the Red Dune Safari with Rayna. I had read mixed reviews on various tour groups but in the end I decided to use Rayna because they had a travel desk at our hotel (Centro Al Barsha) and gentelman vivak helped with best available option & price. We were picked up at our hotel at around 2:20 pm in a late model Toyota Landcruiser which seats 6 passengers. One Another lady came from our hotel with us and then we collected a couple from another hotel. From there we drove to the desert which took approximately 45 minutes. The first activity was dune bashing through the desert. Most of the people loved it. However, another lady and I didn't particularly enjoy this part as we experienced motion sickness. The other problem for me was that I was stuck in the 3rd row for most of the journey and I couldn't see the horizon. Just prior to sunset we were able to take some amazing pictures in the sand dunes. After the sand dunes we stopped at the desert camp. Here we could do camel rides and sand boarding. We chose not to do sand boarding but we did do the camel ride. This was disappointing as we had to queue for quite some time (there were hundreds of people at the camp) for a very short ride that basically went in a small circle. The highlight at the camp was the buffet. The food was OKOK There was also unlimited soft drink. At camp there was free henna hand painting for the ladies and plenty of shisha. After dinner there were high standard belly dancing performances. It was really pleasant and relaxing to sit under the stars in the Desert at night after a delicious meal. Another negative was that once the belly dancing performances were finished our driver was in a hurry to leave. While we were relaxing he actually came looking for us. When he found us he told us we must leave immediately. We were dropped back at our hotel. Although there is room for improvement by Rayna, overall the experience was something we're glad we did and was the highlight of our trip to Dubai!

Our trip was planned by makemytrip.com and Rayna team made all arrangements in Dubai. They are very well planned, have good cars and our trip was fantastic. Just one thing which was not a great experience: Our driver to the desert safari was not at all friendly. He had his 3 kids in the car with us and they all stopped by for offering prayer in middle of the trip. Offerring prayer was ok, but they didnt even informed us where r they going and in how much time will they return. Expet for this day, everything was just perfectly planned by Ryana Tours.

though not my first time but for my relatives i had taken tour of dubai organised by rayna tours . we opted for city tour , marina cruise and desert safari. the tours organised were very well organised and good utility of information , time and entertainment. the tour people were very courteous too and were answerable to all small needs of your tour. everything was good and satisfactory . would like to mention mr mohit and me jeet who were personally there for all information and needs. the only small thing would be to have bit improvement in food . else everything was wonderful. thanks to rayna tours to make this trip memeorable would like to again hire them next time for my other travel needs in dubai if required again. thanks a lot rayna tours

On 17th November I had Terrible Safari Dune Bashing I paid 850 AED for a private dune Bashing without dinner and shows we just want the Rally in the dunes , this is what I got from Them: 1- the AC didn't work ( it was a hot day, what a hell ) 2 - the car was very very old and had a terrible noise 3 - the car was very dirty for the price I paid this is was a very very expensive . Amazing sunrise tour in the desert from start to finish - dune bashing, camel riding, and a breathtaking sunrise. Our guide Youssef was extremely knowledgeable of local history, traditions and customs and it was a pleasure talking with him throughout the Safari. To be honest, I was a bit apprehensive going for this safari. I had a nasty desert safari experience with another tour company during my last visit,but to my surprise our driver - Mr. Ameer Brown was a great ambassador of Rayna tourism LLC. He was very courteous, respectful and took time to explain what to expect and even provided suggestions on things to do for a couple that was visiting Dubai for the first time. The best part of the safari drive was that he never drove to scare his passengers. For me, this was a pleasant experience and would lead to repeat visits and sales rather than make tourists vow never to want another experience due to drivers scaring tourist with dangerous driving. Well done Mr. Brown, you made the desert safari fun and trust us to be back soon and we hope to have you as our pilot!!!
