I took the Desert Safari tour along with dune buggy ride. We had rayna tours as managing company for our trip in Dubai. Sharing our experience: Good: Most of the drivers were good. Spl mention to Salman and Haseeb. They were courteous Bad: Nabashar, who was full day driver for Abu Dabhi, was a very bad driver. He ruined our day. He was very arrogant and insulting in tone. His way of talking was not professional at all. He delayed our lunch as well and did not listen to us at all The coordination team was also very slow and provided updates on next day driver etc very late Overall an experience that I won't recommend to anyone

We had a drop and pick up from our hotel in Meena Bazar Dubai to burn Khalifa our driver Mr Badri was dot on time and guided as very well .Full marks to Badri for our good experience.

Wajahat made sure our experience was fun, memorable and engaging. He guided us not only on the desert safari and it's entire experience and what not to miss but also gave us tips on how to really enjoy Dubai! He also made sure all our family members are super comfortable.

The pick and drop services was great with nice drivers and co-ordinators..the group tours like on the buses were to quick and as time constraints and the walking distance in the heat couldn't explore much at the the old city. The food at the desert safari was not Arabic but only Indian which was a drawback to the desert safari. The sand dune bash was amazing and thrilling was a one kind of an experience. The cruise ride with dinner and cultural program was great that I would love to cherish.

Wake foiling was fantastic. The safety precautions made me felt protected because of which I could enjoy the water adventure comfortably. The cool breeze and wet splashes all over the body were calming to the body.

The wakeboarding experience was adrenaline-pumping. Floating and flying over the sparkling waters of Dubai and taking in captivating views of the skyscrapers spread across the vast shoreline was fun.

Wake foiling was a unique and thrilling experience. The views of Dubai's coastline were magnificent. Safety was a top priority, and the expert instructors made it accessible to beginners like me.

Our experience with Rayna tours was great, we did dubai half day city tour, the experience was excellent. We were picked up in a shuttle by Muhammed Rahman and since we don't have a local sim he was responding to us in online chat and was very cooperative. Next the tours gave more information about history and the required information about places. The journey was also very comfortable and was able to cover all the required places.

Our experience on the trip was amazing and what made it even better was Azam Khan our tour guide he was funny, friendly and an amazing driver! Couldn't have spent our last day in Dubai doing anything better. He showed us some of the amazingly beautiful buildings in Dubai and spoke about the history. My Surf High Dubai experience with Rayna Tours was enjoyable. From the exhilarating wakeboarding to the futuristic e-foiling, it was a day filled with action and thrill.

Our tour guide, Ghulam Sabir, was really helpful and gave us a really detailed tour about Dubai, showing all the places. He gave us time to really enjoy the places.

Irresponsible, pathetic and horrible visa service at India office. I paid entire visa fee and extra 3,000/- per person for service of US visa for 4 people. I had to do almost everything my own. Worst thing they messed with DS160 form and no back of confirmation form. The person who was working left the organization and no one cares about the customers whom that person was handling. No data backup. Ultimately you pay extra to get you into trouble with this Rayna tours India office. It not even servein 1 start. only 0 stars. Request to management do think about this.

The experience with HARDEEP SINGH was amazing. He told the hidden gems of dubai Basically OLD DUBAI. Along with this he showed us the pretty much first house of Dubai Prince, along with the present luxurious villa. Along with this his behaviour towards us was friendly and polite. We took the metro to the Frame and it was super easy to get there. The issue was the people at the entrance. Were not helpful when I needed to gain some WiFi for my tickets. Once we got thru the entrance gates things went a lot smoother. The only complaint we have is there should be time slots for people to enjoy the frame with less crowds. The crowds were too much, couldn't really enjoy the views or take pictures without someone in the picture or walking thru. The lines to get on the elevator were LONG!! The view from outside were great!! Less ppl do things were easier!!

The best experience! We had so much fun on this trip and after being a little nervous the whole evening was fantastic. Dune buggy's, camel riding and bashing around the deserts were so fun. The food was incredible (book premium as it's all made fresh) and the entertainment was great. Best part about our trip!

Amazing views. There's a section where you walk and as you do, you can see thru the glass the outside of the Frame and how high it is. They have a small stand where they sell snacks and souvenirs. They also take and sell pictures.

One of the terrible nightmare of our trip.. we had pickup and drop to global village.. driver insisted for us to be in lobby at precise time of pickup. We were made to wait for 2 hours in the lobby. Driver did not respond to the calls. Later he came 2 hours late for pickup. we reached at 8 pm we started getting WhatsApp message from our coordinator in 1:30 min to head back.. we were still talking to them that we need more time as we had taken almost 300 Dhiman worth ride on card. Driver left without informing us. Driver did not have curtosy of calling us when he was leaving.. this was one of the worst travel I have used.

I just came back from my Dubai Trip. Not just aquarium i booked a few tours with them like, city tour, Atlantis water park, Sky diving etc.My travel agent Mr.Ozair Hussain is very helpful & customer oriented. He helped us cover all the main attraction/activities and planned the entire trips very nicely . Service is great and pocket friendly.

My experience was wonderful. Our driver Mohammad Azim was super nice and accommodating. He picked us up on time and made the experience going up very much enjoyable. He kept ensuring we were okay on the ride up and back. Our driver stopped for ten minutes so that we could take pictures and he ended up taking amazing pictures of us. When we got there the hospitality was amazing. We were not confused about anything because we were instructed well. It was a beautiful experience. When the sun was setting our driver took us out and took beautiful pictures with the sun setting. The pictures looked professional. Overall it was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend.

This is the rundown of our experience. Booking and paying through their website without problem. Follow up by email from their staff. On the day of the excursion I was called in the morning with a change of pickup time. Driver came 10 min early on a Toyota Fortuner for a private transfer to the starting place, about 40 min away from Dubai... and that was all the good stuff. Upon arrival to the starting place, there's total chaos. No one tells us what's going on, just wait. Lots of other people arrive and are being boarded into Toyota Landcruisers in groups of 6. After almost 50 minutes, some one tells us to board a land cruiser. Luckily we were the first so got the middle row. I don't know how people felt in the extra back row. We were 6 in the car. Then we were taken to a dune bashing experience.. all in all around 10 minutes. The driver was good with a few tricks, but the place feels like a traffic jam in the dunes, with 10s of other 4x4 doing the rounds. Stop for a while to take pictures (difficult to get nice ones when 10s of other 4x4 are driving around) and offered to take a picture with a falcon, which they repeated 4 times, it costs 10 dirhams. Then to the camp.. a massive place with probably 600-700 guests. Wait 30 mimutes in the queue for a 20 meter (free) ride on a camel. The inside the camp, trying to find a place to seat. There's henna painting (long queue), free sheesha (long queue) and free soft drinks and (fast queue here). The show starts with a tanura dance and a fire show. After that, 100s of people run to the buffet and queue again. Buffet consists of several basic salads, over cooked and tasteless pasta, two kinds of rice and several indian dishes (so much for the Arabic cultural experience). Bread station outside that we skip after seeing people selecting and picking the bread with their hands. Then queuing again for the grill: two pieces of lamb kofta and 1 chicken wing. All of it served on styrofoam plates. Last part of the show was a belly dancer, ok but nothing to write home about. Then chaos again to get into a 4x4 to go back to the main parking and find the driver to go back to the hotel. If you want a massive pseudo cultural Arabic experience go for this. Myself, next time I'll do better research and find a better alternative even at a higher price.

First , we were able to experience winter in Dubai , which was a huge contrast to the original experience of heat. Secondly the Travel desk agent (Mohammed Zakriya) was extremely helpful because we had not planned any tours for this vacation. He recommended and booked various tours which included the 3 theme parks and the Dubai cruise both at very good discounts. He provided assistance on accessing the best shopping places which was perfect for our pockets.

The experience was great. The fine bashing was exciting and our driver Ali also suggested photo poses which was great. He answered our questions on Dubai and was calm throughout.

Worst experience in Dubai, over booked . At least one hour to wait time to get up with lift and getting down is even worse. Don't visit it. Look on a ground fountain show and enjoy fress air. 10 min view on 2 hours waiting time NOT WORTH IT.

This is my first time in Dubai and I used Rayna Tours for my airport transfer and tours in the city. I was picked up with a Rolce Royce (very clean ride and courteous driver). Tours were amazing on all days. I was picked up from my hotel at the right time in a clean shuttle bus or a bigger bus. Loved the tour guide (Wajahat) & driver (Ali Sha). I needed to use the restroom half way during the day city tour and they were accommodating and patient to find a good spot for me to do an ˜offload' . Lastly, I had to make a lot of alterations to my already planned tour schedule and they were accommodating every time I requested for a change. I could always reach them on WhatsApp. They also provided real time feedback on WhatsApp and via phone calls. So convenient! Special shout-out to Coordinators (Vaibhav Powar & Saleem Shaikh) I'm coming back in December with my extended family of 15 persons and I would most definitely use Rayna International Coordination again.

Was exceptional experience and would recommend to anyone visiting Dubai to do this. The driver was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the area all the way from the hotel and throughout the desert.

This was the experience of a lifetime! Mohammed was the best driver and guide! He was so funny and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed riding in the desert and getting to ride the camels. The food was sooooo delicious! I'll do this again when I come back to Dubai.

We hired the services of Rayna Tours to make our trip from Dubai to Abudhabi and Alain. Contact was very easy and transparent from the beginning. The car was sharp on time at Hyatt place hotel. It was a Toyota with 20000km only (maybe some other guests will get slightly older cars, but ours was outstanding). Our driver was Mr Zeeshan Ayub, who spoke basic English but enough to have some good conversations about Indian/Pakistan and Dubai culture. He drives very carefully and gave nice suggestions of places to visit. The price of the service was reasonable and lower than many other places we quoted. So, strongly recommended!

Mr. Ater; gave us a expedite ride from Miracle Garden within spontaneous time frame. He owns the best professional behavior for the clients. I thank him for his generous facility to us.
