Xclusive Dinner cruise

Excellent driver so well behaved, so much cooperative. One of the best driver we met in Dubai, truly appreciate him for the service.

We had the dow dinner cruise. Driver was very nice and did a good job. We liked the total experience of the evening. Asif yakoub did his job very well

Good range of food. Amazing setting. Very colorful, including colorful language in some of the music chosen. Not everyone wants to hear such language

We have a drive with muhammad umar and usman today. He was on time to pick us up for the desert safari,drove safely even thoughmy its wasnt baby friendly. She did cry and was far asleep. The dinner was fun. Myself, husband and 4 month baby girl really enjoyed. We love Rayna Tours for the wonderful plans

The cruise dinner was really nice. Lovely sights, food was good with lots of yummy desserts. Remember to take a jacket as it got chilly later in the evening. We had a great time!

We were picked up at our hotel and driven to meet the large bus which set out on a half day tour of the Dubai City. The tour guide was quite informative and took us to many sights. We visited the old part of Dubai near the Dubai creek, the spice souks, the Burj al Arab and the Atlantis. It was more of a hop on, take a pic and hop back onto the bus type of tour but we felt we had enough time at each destination for pictures. We were only in Dubai for 5 days so wanted to see many sights but getting around Dubai is not like the subway or metro so the tour was a great option. The only thing that we didn't like so much was the stop off at the souvenir art shop. We weren't there to buy $1,000 art so it was a bit of a waste of time but we did enjoy our shopping at the spice market were we bought lots of dates and other goodies. They drop you back for a rest in the hotel before picking you up again for the dinner cruise on a dhow. We arrived at the port by the Dubai creek and embarked on the dhow where we had a simple buffet (food was quite average) and was also provided with a local dance show before being dropped back at our hotel at the conclusion. My tip is to not book the tour for a Friday as the tour starts in the morning and most places in the old Dubai are closed in the morning.

We stayed at Hyatt Place and Rayna tours had a rep there. We got there after hours so we decided to go on their website for details and found a tour trifecta at a great deal. When we saw the rep the next day, they did not have that deal but she offered to try and get us the same deal and the manager she called approved. 2 THUMBS UP!! We went on the City Tour first and we had a great time as we ended up doing some things we probably would not have done on our own like the Dubai Museum which turned out pretty nice. However, at one of the spots, a couple overstayed the allotted time we were given by twice the amount of time which meant that we had less time to spend on other areas of our tour. While I like that the couple was not abandoned I found this to be very unfair for those of us who returned on time. 1 THUMB UP! 1 THUMB DOWN!. Next was the DHow Dinner Cruise. This was average. Nothing special at all about it. The food wasn't very good. The music was good but I wasn't expecting to hear sooo much international music. I could not see the cultural dancer from where I was sitting and when I tried to change my location a fellow passenger got upset which resulted in me being driven away by one of the workers. The server was very nice. The lighting around the creek itself was dark so we really couldn't see much. We connected to the dinner cruise from the city tour and based on the city tour driver advising us that the mall closed at 3:00 am we decided that we would go to the mall after the cruise so they cancelled the pick up from the cruise back to the hotel. However, after the cruise we found out that the mall closes at 12:00 am which left us with only 1/2 hour. That made no sense so we asked for another driver to take us to our hotel since we had already paid for a transfer and they told us to wait a driver was on his way to collect us. 1/2 hour later we found out that there was no driver on his way and their intention was just to leave us there waiting. 2 THUMBS DOWN!! Lastly was the Desert Tour. We reported our experience at the dinner cruise to the rep at the hotel as we were now scared to be driven to the desert and be abandoned and we had read a few stories about this happening. The tour was however non-refundable. The rep lodged a complaint with management who issued an apology and promised to send us one of their best drivers. They sent us a VIP driver. While this did not totally make up for what happened the night before we appreciated the effort so we went and we are happy we did. The government has asked that they no longer do dune bashing and should just show the tourists the desert instead. It was fun driving through the desert to the camp. The food there wasn't good either but we enjoyed the atmosphere and the entertainment. The camel ride though less than 2 minutes was good and the henna, though only a small flower was a good photo opp. It washed right off the next day. Make sure to walk with money as not all things at the camp are free. There were also things like fresh coconut water and roast corn on sale. 2 THUMBS UP!!

Super Thanks to Mr. NOUSHEER Of RAYNATOURS for the wonderful dinner experience!!! though at first we had some issues about the booking confirmation (which they need to work out on) Nousheer was very accommodating and helpful to make it a success. It was our first time experience, food was awesome and tanura show was entertaining (we crave for more). Overall, it was indeed a memorable night! KUDOS to the team! All d best!

Never do it with Rayne Towers. Unprofessional and poorly planned. Complete waste of time. I was hoping for good time on the New Year eve but the tour was a big disappointment. It started 30 mins late and had very poor quality of food. The staff just didn't know how to engage with guests. Promises given on the website are absolutely untrue. Never do it with Rayne Tours.

We booked a 'romantic dinner cruise' through our hotel for $112 for 2 with Rayna tours. Other companies might be different, but this was our experience. We were told that pickup would be between 7.30 and 8pm. We were surprised when reception called our room at 20 to 7 and told that our pickup was waiting. We spent the next hour and a quarter in the minibus picking up all over Dubai. Our hotel was 5 minute drive from the cruise departure point. We then sat for another half an hour while the rest of the guests trickled in and the staff attempted to seat everyone. They appeared to have no plan at all even though everyone had pre-booked. We eventually departed after 8.30pm and were guided table by table to the buffet. The food was ordinary with some salads and meat dishes, rice and noodles and only fruit salad for dessert. We were never offered tea or coffee. The magic show which, on the brochure was described as 'traditional entertainment' entertained the many children on board. The background music was so loud you couldn't talk to others. This continued for 2hours. The only good thing was that we were dropped at our hotel first, Take my advice and don't bother.

Mr Badri was our driver this evening. Very prompt pick up time. Cruise was wondering. Good entertainment nice all you can eat buffet and soft drinks. Will recommend the cruise and Rayna tours. Mr Badri was a good host.

The dinner cruise was very entertaining and special thank to fun loving guy ˜Mr.Adnan' the one who picked us and dropped off to the hotel.We had a great evening today.
