Terrible Experience “ Avoid Rayna Tours at All Costs! We were scammed by Rayna Tours. They took our money for a desert safari and never showed up. After that, they stopped responding properly and kept transferring us from one clueless agent to another “ nobody knew what was going on. At our hotel (Canal Central Dubai), they had a so-called representative who was completely incompetent, asking the same question ten times without solving anything. In the end, they took our money, ruined our day, and offered zero accountability. This company is disorganized, unprofessional, and dishonest. Avoid them if you don't want your trip ruined.

The overall experience was very good. And kapil me in all respect. He make my 10th Anniversary memorable. And the staff was also very polite and helping the people and quality of the food is up to the mark for Vegetarian.

Our local travel agent from India had arranged the tour through rayana .On 1 st day we were not updated as to what time will tour start and cab details. After 2 nd day we got regular updates with cab details. On our tour to abu dhabi ,we were not informed by the driver or the company that baps temple requires registration and it has to be done before 7 pm .We reached there and were refused to visit the temple . The agent sent us the cab for dolphin show and when we reached there we were updated that tickets were expired. On the last day ,the cab was to reach at 7 as we had a flight to catch ,but the cab was late by 20 to 25 minutes . When we asked why was the cab late ,we were told that today being Sunday there will be less traffic ,so they came late .if this was the case why the pick up was arranged earlier . Poor coordinate service ,and not well informed drivers or probably over smart drivers

At first they replied when I received a visa rejection they did not bother to send it to me, I sent a message to find out why no answer! They should also inquire for other countries especially like Cameroon instead of taking the money to take any deposit has not been requested or subscribed insurance, however, it is necessary in all cases I do not recommend. au debut ils repondaient quand j'ai rea§u un rejet de visa ils n'ont pas pris la peine de me l'envoyer , j'ai envoye un message pour savoir pourquoi aucune reponse ! ils devraient aussi se renseigner pour les autres pays surtout comme le Cameroun au lieu de prendre l'argent pour prendre aucune caution n'a ete demande ni assurance souscrit pourtant il est necessaire dans tous les cas je ne recommande pas .

Dear Friends, Please do not purchase any Time slot Ticket from Rayna Tours such as Burj Khalifa or Mueseum of the future because Rayna Tour will issue expire tickets with more prices than the actual price and will not refund if the team of attraction will not allow entry on Ticket issued by Rayna Tourism and atlast you will loose money and day. So please try to purchase Ticket from direct source only. Rayna Tourism is scam.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the services provided by Rayna, a B2B travel agency. Our company booked a sightseeing tour through them, but the experience was subpar. Issues Encountered 1. Poor communication: The team failed to provide timely updates on the tour schedule and itinerary. First they genrate Ticket & Than they refuse to give us same Tour Due to these issues, we're requesting a full refund for the tour. But They are not responding , Spoke to higher management as well but no response. we cannot recommend Rayna to other businesses. Also we will address this issue in SAATE & OTM to everyone with proof. We will also file a case against them

Many thanks to the fantastic driver, Dawood Khan, that made our tour special. Our general experience was not great. The whole tour is a super commercial, touristic experience, that focuses on selling, rather then delivering an authentic, costumized experience. The camel ride included was ridiculous and in my opinion an exploitation of the animals. Drinks included are full of sugar or caffeine, no healthy choices. The breakfast was also very poor and not healthy and vegan friendly. The seats in the very back of the car are super discomfort. We got a place to sleep in and it didn't have a proper bed, only two coaches put together with linen, pillows and sleeping bags. Also no hot water or towels... Besides this negative aspects, the entertainment was amazing, the best fire show I saw in my life. The staff was also amazing specially the drive Dawood Khan that brought us to our hotel and gave us a fun ride and was very kind.

Very bad experience :(, . We were a family group of 6 who had travelled to Dubai for celebrating our new year on Dec 31st,2023. Rayna's inexperienced sales team completely messed it up for us. They shared a wrong menu and mentioned to us that limited alcohol is included in the package , on which we based our order confirmation. To our surprise we were offered a completely different menu with chargeable alcohol on board which was not at all satisfactory for us!!. Also we had booked for a birthday cake, which was booked very well in advance and paid completely, but they missed it and ruined our planned birthday celebration. There was no proper complaint registering facility, nor the in charge persons had any decision making authority to address our grievances. We were asked to use the customer feedback WhatsApp group to register our complaint . We denied paying the alcohol charges on board and after much follow up and negotiation on next days we received a mere 15% discount & cake cost which in no way covered the inconvenience and disappointment we faced on a new year with our family, friends and kids. It seems they are operating many things at same time and the team is overloaded to attend properly to customers requirements.

Abdul Majeed was supposed to pick us up for dropoff to Sharjah airport. We had an awful experience riding with him: 1) He speeded to cover the space in the middle of the way (for example, smooth speed then he increased the speed immediately and then went back to smooth speed). 2) He fought with us as soon as we entered the vehicle saying that he called so many times. There was another Rayna travels driver who asked us before so we didn't know what was happening. Even though we reached at 7:06 for 7pm pickup, he fought with us. 3) He dropped on the wrong side of the road at Sharjah airport so he just dumped our bags on the road and left, instead of guiding us and helping us with moving them to the trolley. We have 2 senior citizens with us and he was not respectful to them or helpful at all. Awful experience.

Driver SAGHIR AHMED is 5 star at his work. He is confident with the car and his technique on sand dune bashing, very well informed about the history of dubai and extremely understanding and patient to allow the customer to be comfortable. A true asset to your company. I would request that snacks should be served apart from dates and coffe as the period of time from arrival to dinner can be lengthy and you get hungry.

We booked four adult tickets and despite asking Tejas Shah multiple times that if I need a ticket for my 2.8 years old child I was told that kids under 3 are free. I was then pulled out by security at the entrance asking for another ticket, they told me kids above 2 need a ticket, when I called Tejas he told me to transfer money so he can book another ticket. Forget about a resolution, he didn't have the decency to apologise for the inconvenience even once. Never going back to these guys again.

Great experience. Desert safari with various shows, food (buffet), photo option with falcon, camel ride and possibilities for renting a desert buggy (either inside a closed area or open). The drive out (and back) was 1 hour+. Water bottles supplied in the car. We booked via the Headout app. Worked out great.

Their Dubai City Tour is great and their pick and Drop services are really great! One gentleman named Abdul Rehman, one of their drivers waited for more than the scheduled time considering we have a baby with us.

Our guide Ali was excellent, funny and very knowledgeabl! He started with giving introduction to Dubai and the UAE, followed by the sites of interest on the way to the desert. He took care of the needs of the passengers during the trip. The dune bashing and the performance by Arabic artists was a great experience. On the negative side, the food provided at the camp was less than average. Also, I was expecting to see huge sand dunes during the safari but it was not the case. The drive is very professional and nice. He drives with care and make the ride fun for me and my family. He offers a complimentary water and little snacks for the kids.

Greetings, we landed at the Abu Dabhi Airport and our driver Tauheed Bhai, was already waiting for us. He was as courteous as one could be, well mannered and very respectful. On our drive to Dubai he explained some of the history and lifestyle of Abu Dabhi, some of his personal story etc. It was a pleasant experience and I would definitely give him 5 stars.

Overall great experience. However one incident that happened with one of your drivers was not pleasant. One of the travelers was stopped by immigration and taken away for questioning and the the driver was very impatient and started threatening to leave when we had explained the situation. Kindly let be patient with guests as it will be the first time for most us. Another thing is that, the Dubai city tour should be more interactive and informative. The current tour is mainly just driving around Dubai without actual history of the city but just drop offs and drivers giving us a time frame of when we should be back at the shuttle. Besides the above, we had a good experience on the tours.

And that, a year wasted, money burned out, an opportunity burned out .... My advice to you is not even worth spending money to be nervous about the fact that a team of non-professionals is in the market for providing this kind of service.

Today we went on a desert trip with Rayna Tours. Our tour guide was Saghir Ahmad and he was very friendly and competent. We booked a tour that included camel riding , 4wheel-cart driving, falconery, dune surfing as well as pick-up and drop-off at the hotel which was extremely comfortable, especially considering the pick-up time of 5am... But experiencing the sunrise in the desert was really worth going on the early tour! Rayna tours offers a great way to experience the desert of Dubai!

Incidentally I experienced Dhow Cruise with my family. It was packed with fun, adventure, entertainment and unlimited delicious meal. Dhow we travelled was Al Khaleej Dhow cruise.Well decorated spacious and well furnished Dhow. Mr. Michael (manager) , Noushad (boat manager) & crew inside were very honest and friendly and always at our service. I was booking lower deck, after a while Mr. Noushad (boat manager) offered me to sit upper deck. That time we were very happy . The Arabic dance with Egyptian blend was so fascinating and enjoyable. During voyage one can enjoy the illuminated surroundings of glittering Dubai. Over all me and family had a memorable experience. Thank you all the Al Khaleej dhow crew.

Great experience! Manoj was an excellent driver especially in heavy traffic to and from the destination. The safari is definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Dubai.

Hi, my name is Maciej Wozniak, and today, with my wife, we enjoyed a lovely day on desert safari. Our driver, Bahadar, was on time and very friendly. At the end there was a mishap though it could be explained due to the late hour. We hope that the consequences for him will not be severe as we were generally happy with his service. Overall to make our experience more pleasant, we would like to spend more time relaxing after the dinner.

After picking us up at the hotel we went to the desert for one of the MOST EXCITING TRIP with our driver, Mr Sarmad Afridi, who is a VERY EXPERIENCED driver. He handled the terrain really good and he let us have a go at sandboarding. It was a memorable experience and would recommend everyone to have a superb day out

It was a great experience, our two families went by two cars and the drivers Saghir Ahmad and Naveed where great, kind, hlepfull, provided many informations during the ride to desert and on the ride in desert. We will go again next time we visit Dubai for sure !

Ijaz ul Haq is the best driver and guide, absolutely 5*. We had 3 tours, all of them were magical, great places, nice people. Our guide took us to the best spot to view the fountain show. Great thank you to the company and to our driver
