They are legit. But pay attention to the process, pay on website then you have to email/Whatsapp them again with the documents. You may have to push or check on the process but you're likely to get a visa on time. Thanks Mr. Pavan Pawar.

Terrible Service. Not flexible for amendment. You can find plenty of travel agencies in Dubai. Please don't use Rayna Tour Operator. At every hotel, you can find a travel desk. So any kind of activity you can book with them. And the same time anywhere you book your tour please double-check your main operator name. If the operator, Rayna Means doesn't Book it.

Avoid Booking with Rayna for Dubai! I recently booked a package with Rayna Tours, and my experience with the trip booking, service, and refund process was extremely disappointing. Positives: The tour services in Dubai were generally good. Drivers were punctual, and the vehicles provided by Rayna Tours were comfortable and well-maintained. However, each journey/activity involved different cars and drivers. Negatives: Unprofessional Service Team: After I made my payment and booked the package, the sales team (especially Mr. Jay and Pankaj from the Pune office) treated me terribly. Whenever I called for updates on my schedule or tickets, I was told they were either on a break or busy with more important tasks. This happened every time I reached out. Mr. Jay, in particular, was rude and had no sense of professionalism when dealing with customers. His superior, Pankaj, was polite but had no idea about the specifics of the packages or prices his team had quoted. Pankaj often gave vague responses, such as call back later, I'm working on it, and only finalized my itinerary 2-3 days before my flight, after I persistently chased him. Their overall attitude seemed to be not my problem. In short, the sales team was unprofessional, lazy, and inattentive. They lacked basic knowledge about the duration of activities, which activities could be combined, and how to schedule them. I had to step in and guide them using limited information from YouTube videos. When calling, especially on the landline, the team was often rude and dismissive. I'd rate their customer service a solid 0 out of 10. Payment and Billing Issues: Rayna Tours only accepts AED, not INR, which led to additional foreign currency charges that increased my total cost by around 4%. They were not transparent about the billing process, and the price was increased even after I removed a couple of expensive activities. Mr. Jay unexpectedly changed the quotation, and when I asked for clarification, they admitted it was his mistake due to incorrect calculations. After I completed the payment, I was informed that the Wonder Bus booking I had already paid for was unavailable due to maintenance. When I requested a refund, they only returned AED 930 instead of AED 1,290, claiming that children under 3 are free, despite their website stating that there is a charge for kids. They did not provide a breakdown of activity costs and used this to their advantage when deciding on the refund amount. The entire process was mentally exhausting, with me having to follow up with Pankaj for weeks. He made empty promises and missed deadlines. After a month of follow-ups, he finally refunded me AED 930. Conclusion: The entire experience was extremely frustrating and felt like I was begging for my own money. Mr. Jay, who has since left Rayna Tours, should have been fired much earlier. In one phone call, he even threatened me, saying, Stay quiet, or it will backfire on you. For a smooth and stress-free trip, avoid Rayna Tours at all costs. Don't fall for their trap. Tip: Consider booking directly through websites like Headout or Klook and use Careem taxis on your own. This will give you full control of your trip and avoid dealing with unprofessional companies like Rayna Tours. I made this mistake, but you don't have to.

Fantastic desert safari trip! From the start to end we enjoyed every single moment The dune bashing was amazing, our driver was very knowledgeable and kind We had alot of fun during the dune and camel ride, the best part we experienced was their night shows we lived in that moment and we loved the whole trip Just want to thanks Mr Wafa abbas from Hyatt he made this all possible with his kind nature and generosity. He explained everything to us very smoothly, for Burj khalifa and ski dubai as well the view and rides were amazing well organised We are coming back next year and we are sure that we will book out tours with you and your company because my family is also very happy thankyou for making our journey so memorable and adventurous We are so happy and sad at the same time because we are going back from dubai but surely We will visit again!!

I had a day to spent in Dubai, and like most tourists, decided to head to Dubai Mall. It's only after I reached the Mall that I came to know of the Aquarium. With the entire afternoon at hand, I decided to go for the complete package. The visit started with the tunnel aquarium, with various kinds of sharks, rays, and other aquatic life forms surrounding you from 3 sides. One of the aquarium guides, Ramanu, ended up being my guide for the entire stay (which lasted about 2 hours). From the tunnel aquarium we went to the boat ride. The boat had a glass floor, through which a wide variety of marine creatures could be seen. Thereafter we went to the mini aquarium and zoo. I call it a zoo since not only was there a range of fishes and aquatic life forms (sea horses, clown fishes, jellyfishes, and a hundred other varieties), but there were also enclosures containing otters, penguins, sloth bears, and so on. There were also some tiny enclosures which housed various rodents and creatures of the night. Not to forget, there was a gigantic crocodile couple as well. The ticket also included an opportunity to feed fishes, but I decided to skip that. The exhibit also included displays showcasing the entire life cycle of sharks! For penguin lovers, there was an option to pay extra and spend time up close with the penguins (which I decided to skip). Overall, it was an extremely enjoyable couple of hours spent in the Dubai Mall Aquarium. Special thanks to Ramanu for explaining so many little and big things about the fishes.

It's been three days in dubai but so far Rahat bhai is the best driver companion we got in out trip. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and behaved like family member. Helping us in getting pictures and taking to photogenic locations as well.

Our trip from Dubai Mall to our hotel was very good. The car was maintained as per Rayna group's standards and our driver Muhammed Shafeeque was really helpful and went out of the way to help us with our shopping for Oudh perfume. We have the fortune to have Mr. Brown (5*****) as driver, he was very polite and a fantastic guide. The Ride through the desert was awsome!!! A must do after the ride we were brought to the camp. A delicious dinner and a great show wà¤re waiting for us.

We booked a full day city tour of Dubai via a Rayna representative in our hotel. Our transfer was arranged via WhatsApp and our driver arrived promptly around 10am to drop us off in the city to meet Malik our tour host. We took in most of the city highlights, old and new. These included, an Abra Ride across the Creek to Old Dubai where we visited Old Baladiya Street. Here we saw the spice and gold Souks. Photo opportunities included, The Dubai Frame, Museum of the Future, Zabeel Palace, Burj Al Arab, Dubai Marina, then onto the monorail to see the Atlantis hotel on the palm. It also included some time at a couple of malls, the last one being the Dubai Mall where we ended the day watching the incredible Fountain Show at the foot of the Burj Khalifa. So much was squeezed into the day, making it great value for money. Malik, our tour guide was exceptional and done a great job throughout the day. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable. What a host 10/10 ­ï¸

Being a First time Visitor to a Desert. I was asking myself ,Did you just waste money? Certainly not a wastage. It's an Investment into memories and experiences. The Tour was on point. Picked from the Hotel by a friendly Tour Aide camp Samadi Afridi. After driving for some time I was getting nervous that it could be very far then boom we had reached. He prepared our minds and what was going to follow there after. The Drives in the Desert Waves and the the Thrills...were a Wow. He was also helpful to capture our pictures. As I go back to Zambia, I have the experience and the memories in pictures of desert ride. Great Work by Afridi for making the moments in the waves and first Camel Ride.

Just had a blast on Rayna's Dubai City Tour! Salid Khan, our driver, nailed it on the roads, and the guide made history sound cool. Two thumbs up!

Booked Marina Dhow Cruise with pick up at 7pm and return by 10.30pm. We were advised the day before by WhatsApp whilst travelling from Australia that pick would be 7.45 which of course we missed. Sat in Hotel lobby for an hour then told that the driver had broken down and would arrive ˜around' 8.20. He finally turned up at 8.35. We asked what time we would be back at our Hotel and was told ˜around midnight or perhaps later. The tour was booked only because it seemed a great way to begin our stay in Dubai and allowing for the long trip from Australia was just early enough to allow us to enjoy the cruise. My daughter spoke to the Rayna representative on the phone and explained that due to the inordinate wait for pickup and the lateness of the cruise we would all be too tired to enjoy it. The reply was ˜There will be no refund so you must get on the bus'. Of course sadly we had to decline the offer. Not a great start to our much anticipated Dubai holiday. There is a mention in booking that the tour takes ˜approx' 3.30hrs and they can ˜modify' tours by 30 to 60 mins due to traffic conditions but not I think 1hr 35mins that we endured and the tour extending into the next morning was asking way too much especially from the elder members of the family such as myself. So disappointing but what can one do.

Today was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. I enjoyed the Safari experience with my family. Both the two teenagers and the child, and also my wife loved the trip. We enjoyed a traditional dinner, also the atmosphere with dancers and music was so captivating and interesting. We also tried riding the camels, the kids loved it. We also had an amazing Safari Guide, named Nabi, he was so nice and fun, very friendly. I have had many interesting conversations with him on our way to and back of the camp. He was more than we could even think of. We highly recommend the Safari experience!

During our day trip in Dubai, we had a wonderful experience traveling with our guide, Abdul Qadir. However, amidst all the excitement, we accidentally left our passports in the cab. Thankfully, Abdul Qadir proved to be incredibly reliable and supportive, promptly ensuring the safe return of our passports on time.

On the 23rd of July 2023 we were touring Dubai with Zeeshan Ayub a very fine gentleman with much knowledge and experience he explained about the beautiful Dubai vividly. He dropped us at our destination..... After sometime I realised my cell phone was missing, I was miserable. My sister then called Ayub Bhai, he responded and immediately searched the car and took the trouble of sending the photo of my phone, after we verified, he took the trouble of depositing my phone to my hotel, after his duties. I am really grateful and thankful for such a great deed. I wish him all the best for his future may God bless this honest sincere person.

We had just one day left in Dubai, so we booked the private tour to Abu Dhabi which we thought would just be a very normal experience. But, thanks to our driver and guide Izzat hayat khan, we had experienced what beyond our expectations. He is very punctual and patient, explaining the city to us very clearly. Also, he didn't bring us to the shops, which saves us a lot of time enjoying our trip. Besides, he always has quick response to our messages, we have very fluent and efficient communication. Bus was old would have been nice to have cell phone charging access\wifi. Speakers were not functioning well enough. Would be nice to have more interesting stops. Not sure why a stop at race tract other than toilet break. The stops were so brief it was difficult to absorb what was offered. The pick up van driver was rude. He never greeted us at hotel pick up, he never told us there were other stops and we would transfer to larger bus. It felt like we were cattle being rustled. Suggestions: 1 More updated buses 2 Retrain all drivers that we pay lots of money for this Vacation, Dubai is new country if you want return visitors treat them respectfully. 3 For trips over 1 hour there should be beverages other than water and light snacks.

Half Day Dubai Tour- very enjoyable and amazing experience. The tour guide Savio is good in managing the tour and well verse/knowledgeable in Dubai. Recommended to give it a try! Waqas is a good driver.

This place was far better than I expected with fantastic views and a great set up taking you through the history and future of Dubai. The organisation is spot on and it wasn't overly busy as the number of tickets sold are controlled each 30 minutes. The glass floor is definitely the highlight of the experience.

Aadil Amin's 4-hour tour of old and new Dubai provided an excellent introduction/overview to our very short stay here. Especially appreciated, Aadil answered our many questions about life for Dubai's people ” rich and poor, citizens and migrant workers. Besides showing us the major sites, he informed us about housing, health care, education and more. He also provided helpful suggestions re visiting the Burj Kalifa at night. The included gallery visit took time that might have been spent elsewhere.

The tour guide Mujahid (MJ) was very eloquent and precise with what came our way and what we were and to explore in our tour. Even if our time to come back to the bus was a good 5-10 minutes late, MJ and Prakeesh the driver would be happy to wait for us until we all got back. I'd definitely want to go on the next tour with them again next time.

Desert Safari Tours provided by Rayna tours was the best experience for me and my family. I wanted to tell you several things in praise of Mahmoud ali tour leader. At the beginning of the trip, he welcomed us with a smile and explained everything to us and was really pleasant. We contacted him and asked him to organize several trips for us. Mahmoud was available for us all the time and always answered us both on WhatsApp and on the phone. It is not understandable that he was with us at the airport in these difficult moments that we missed the flight because of a mistake by the driver who took the wrong route and therefore we were late. Mahmoud did everything to make us satisfied . In fact, we are all human, so we were not angry and trusted Mahmoud to fix everything, Mahmoud is a very kind and welcoming guy to the tourist and we really had the pleasure of working with him and I will highly recommend him to my friends who need to come to Dubai soon .

It was a wonderful tour! I've been looking forward for this tour when we planned to visit Dubai and I am glad we chose this tour. The Rayna tour provide great service: clean car, punctuality, night entertainment, food, clean toilet (this is super important!) And great driver. The driver, Junaid Ashraf pick us up at the hotel exactly 3pm then took us to the camp with the rest of group members. His driving skill is superb! He also taking care of us: make sure we know which service/stall is free of charge, explained the itinerary and provide and great dune bashing experience. The night entertainment also very cool, especially the fire dance and belly dance. Love the tea and the date. Not really fond of the henna, we expected the color should have been brighter. So, my friend chickened out of skydiving because he was scared so we came to iFly Dubai instead and this was brilliant. We really enjoyed ourselves minus the risk of skydiving accidents. The people are absolute professionals and everything was maintained. 5 stars for iFly Dubai from me and my friends.

At first, I thought iFly Dubai was a bit gimmicky but when I tried the skydiving experience myself, I was sold. The fans are powerful and made me feel weightless. This really is the closest thing to real skydiving.

I knew skydiving is something I am not made for, but when I came to know about the near-about experience at iFly Dubai, I booked the tickets with Rayna Tours. The entire set-up was well built. Before taking the flying experience, the professional instructors briefed me about the whole experience and made me wear the gears. Wearing the flight jumpsuits, helmet, googles, and ear plugs was very exciting. For a moment, I felt like as I am actually a skydiver. When the action started, I soared high and felt the magic of being weightless. After the thrilling flying experience, I felt more respected towards skydivers.

Great experience of flying in the air at iFly Dubai. Soaring high and floating in the air inside the wind tunnel with real gears worn by skydivers was exciting. It’s my advice to all thrill-seekers to try this experience at least once.

Our Tourist guide Asad Baloch was excellent! He guided us quickly through and the reservation was quick and easy. We got picked up from our hotel and when we arrived in the desert, i could make my ride with the buggy immediately. After this we watched the sunset with the tourist guide and then ride a camel. At the end of the night, i enjoyed the delicious food and the night show.

Bur Dubai was my favorite part of the trip. I loved seeing the history of Dubai, and being able to get a glimpse into where it all started and how much things have really changed.

I Had a perfect time, this is a must go place, good food, good vibe and amazing activities. But the best part about this was the safari in the sand dunes, We had an amazing driver named IJAZ, he was really professional and friendly at the same time. He drives safely and makes sure we are having the best time.

This is the worst excursion so far in dubai since our arrival, poor communication skills , the guide didn't speak English properly and said he speaks Hindi fluent !!! A lot of time wasted in pickup other guests from different locations. It was like 1 hour tour not 4 !!! What a shame

Since I arrived in Dubai, I wanted to do a desert trip. My friend found Rayna Tours and I totally recommend it. Wir haben es uns nicht nehmen lassen bei unserem Dubai Aufenthalt auch The Frame zu besuchen. Sowohl die Buchung, als auch die Bezahlung und das Zusenden der Tickets liefen reibungslos ab. Wir sind zu FuàŸ zum The Frame gegangen, die Bahnstation Al Jafiliya liegt aber in etwa 15-20 Gehminuten davon entfernt. Wir mussten nirgendwo anstehen und hatten von oben einen wirklich tollen Ausblick auf das alte und neue Dubai. Die glà¤sernen Bodenplatten waren ein weiteres Highlight. Es gab zusà¤tzlich eine kurze geschichtliche Einfà¼hrung, sowie eine Zukunftsvision. Bei beidem sollte aber nicht zu viel erwartet werden. Wir waren etwas weniger als eine Stunde dort und empfanden es als sehr sehenswert.

Booked Abu Dhai City Tour through my hotel (Rayna Tours has a stand in the hotel). I was told it would be 20-25 pax, abayas would be provided for the visit to the Grand Mosque, and that the bus would pick me up the next morning @8:30 am. The bus showed up @8:50 am on 10/26/2019 (Saturday), I was the 5th passenger on the bus but 2 pick ups later the bus was filled to capacity with 34 pax. The tour guide (could be Indian: over 50% of the foreign workers in Dubai are Indian, his English was atrocious so I could hardly understand him) occupied both seats on the 1st row, right hand side, those 2 seats have the most leg rooms. After talking on his cell phone for 15 minutes in foreign language he finally began to speak to the passengers. He was facing the windshield while he was talking, had problem turning on the mike, and with awful English enunciation that he was very difficult to understand. Finally he got the mike working and turned his head a bit more so he was facing the pax 50% of the time when he talked (in between his cell phone calls in foreign language). When the bus drove by place of interest such as Saadiyat Island he would mumbled something without enthusiasm as if he was reciting from a script. The first stop was Ferrari World, a 20-minute stop that turned into 35 minutes with people wandering off, taking pix and buying souvenirs. The next stop was at a shop in the date market where we were all given one individually wrapped date with chocolate, many pax bought dates, this stop took 40 minutes. We then drove pass Cornice , Emirates Palace Hotel, (no photo stop even though the tour brochure says so), the bus might have driven pass Presidential Palace but I didn't notice. We did not stop or drive by the Marina Mall. The 3rd stop was 45 minutes at Heritage Village. The tour guide passed out an individual cup of water when we got back on the bus, the cup was so small it must be a 3 or 4 oz size cup. He didn't automatically pass the water out to everyone as we boarded the bus, some of us including myself had to ask him for water. Then the bus stopped at Marjan Carpet which is NOT mentioned in the tour brochure. Marjan Carpet had our group in a large room for almost an hour: a guy with several helpers showed us several sizes of beautifully hand crafted carpets/rugs. One couple from our group bought a small elephant rug. It was 2 pm before the bus drove to the parking lot of some building, the guide said we were stopping at an Arabian restaurant for lunch for 45 minutes. I had snacks with me so I opted to stay on the bus; the bus driver went to lunch, leaving me with the bus key so I could open and close the door to let people in. Soon I was joined by several pax who didn't want to eat at the Arabian restaurant. It was 3:10 pm when the bus arrived at the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. The tour guide transferred QR reservation code to each of the passenger's phone so we didn't have to wait in line for the ticket (entrance to the Mosque is free but you have to have a ticket). He did not mention the abayas on the overhead bin that women could borrow. I spotted the abayas during the lunch stop and grabbed one, there were only a few abayas and head scarves, not enough for every female passenger in the group but still the tour guide should have mentioned it (you can borrow abaya from the Mosque but that will waste a few minutes of your precious time at the Mosque ground). We were given 1 hour for this stop. The Grand Mosque is so beautiful and was the highlight of the day, that's why I gave this tour 2-star otherwise I would have given this tour zero star. The bus then headed back to Dubai. It was a long day, I was returned to my hotel around 6:20 pm. (majority of the group got dropped off, then the tour guide got off about 25 minutes before I did, I was 1 of the 5 pax that were picked up the earliest and so we got dropped off last). Perhaps this tour would have been more enjoyable had the bus not filled to capacity and if the tour guide could speak better English. The tour guide certainly can use better training.

This is the MUST DO attraction when in Dubai. The Desert Safari is just amazing. Food was very good and the entertainment was awesome. Really good atmosphere. Would recommend getting a private driver to the desert.

At the beginning I thought it was a little too expensive, but after I took this tour with tow excellent guides Mr.Faisal Raza and Toqeer Don, things changed dramatically. They took us to the Khalifa Building, Deira, the Dubai Mall, and then to eat to a very nice restaurant, afterwards they took us to the beach and to the Palm where we visited the great park over there. In one word,fantastic, worth every penny, if you want to have a relax day visiting the hot spots of Dubai, this is the way to do it

This review is for half day Dubai Desert Safari. Started with the on-time pick with a 4x4 Land Cruiser. We were driven by Mr. Khalid Baddu. He is the best guide and chauffeur you could imagine for. Thank you so so so much, Mr. Khaliq and Rayna tours for such an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend asking for Mr. Khalid Baddu. He is just awesome.

Our first tour was the Dubai City Tour. The whole tour was very informative -- we got to learn a lot about Dubai that we hadn't known before the tour! This is all thanks to our tour guide, Kunal :) We went for the dinner cruise on the same day. The cruise wasn't audio guided, but that's okay because we got to enjoy the night view of Dubai without having to walk around in the heat. After dinner there was a performance which was absolutely delightful. The next day, we went for the Desert Safari. The ride in the desert was definitely one of the most thrilling experiences that I've ever had. I also really liked the ambience of the camp. All in all, this package is for you if you want to experience Dubai on a low budget. In my honest opinion, this package is really worth the money and I would definitely recommend it to every low-budget traveler :-)

I went with four friends and it was a great experience! The van picked us up right at our hotel and one other guest joined us for the tour. They drove us to a little shop where you could get snacks and the shopkeeper tries to get you to buy the typical Emirati scarves. Then you get to the dessert. The dune bashing is really fun! Not too bad if you're usually car sick. There are several different activities you can do once you're there. You can ride the camel, get a henna tattoo, unlimited hookah, unlimited beverages and food. The sand boarding didn't actually work, they were just snowboards that didn't really go anywhere when you tried to use them. The alcoholic beverages are all overpriced so I suggest purchasing the unlimited drink package if you want to drink. It was an interesting experience and definitely fun to do with friends.

Myself and my sister did a full day tour of Dubai which included the Burj Khalifa 148th floor.That was amazing.The Palm was also lovely and the Dubai fountain at the end was fantastic. It was a lovely informative tour that took in the main sights we wanted to see plus a few extra! Well worth doing as we only had a short 2 night stay.

This was an excellent tour. We were picked up promptly and taken in a good coach with air con. Our tour guide Kunal Bhavani was courteous, considerate and very well informed. We obtained a good overview of Dubai. We were told about the history of Dubai, as well as modern day Dubai and its future. We were able to stop and visit the museum and the Jumeira Beach and also had brief stops for photo opportunities. I would really recommend this to anyone especially on their first visit to Dubai.

J'ai fait le Pick and drop at your hotel in Dubai pour un tour de la ville. Le guide était excellent, donnait beaucoup d'informations trés pertinentes. Par contre, pour ma part, les musées et histoire /cultures ne sont pas ma tasse de thé. La premiére partie de ce tour de ville m'a déà§ue pour ce cà´té trop historique. Aprés, ils nous aménent aux soucks (old, spices souvenirs) un bric a brac o๠les vendeurs des boutiques sont trop insistants à  mon goà»t. On arràªte environ 20-25 min à  chaque endroit. Jumeriah beach, Burj Kalifa (en face du Dubai Mall spectacle fontaines) arràªt photo au Burj al arab hotel. Prix raisonnable.
